Yeah but apparently of the people that have worked for him, none have really learned his lesson have they? Who has really been successful in a meaningful way that has been through his factory? He’s running a **** of a program, there’s no doubt about that, I’m just not sure what people are getting out of it when they go there to enhance their own personal careers.

Maybe I just can’t think of anybody off the top of my head.

Herman would be smart to take the Alabama OC job, if he doesn't want a year off.

It does of course depend on what HC job he wants next, however, and whether it's available.

His reputation isn't tarnished at all - it's arguable that he was turning Texas around and the boosters were just impatient.

That's a pretty huge assumption to make for the purposes of giving him advice on what he should do. How do you know that?
