Coaches clearly moved on from him and after what Emory did he couldn't come back anyway.

Not sure they moved on yet; by some accounts JB requested a year of development and should have an opportunity to compete this Spring.

Well, he hasn't played in a game yet. You can play in 4 games and still redshirt.

Everyone is talking as if JB and TVD are transferring out with all the chatter about a walk-on starting in the bowl game.

If JB is staying, he should play in the BC game and be the starter for the bowl game. He needs all the #1 reps for the bowl game. You need to see what you have in a live game.

I also find it odd JB never took a single snap b/c I believe he could have helped us win the last 2 weeks; but again, maybe the coaches aren't the ones who gave up on the notion of Jacurri competing with Emory.

lol It'll be a bad look for Mario. In recent time only Perry has done well somewhere else while all of the other QBs that transferred out has really struggled at w/e new school

QB room about to be the talk of the town next couple games, and not in a good way. I can hear the bowl game announcers now; talking about the skeleton crew at the position between the roster and recruiting.

Anyone in Jacurri's head?
 
I think it's funny how many people want TVD gone.

What gives you reason to believe that Mario can elevate/right the QB room?

He called TVD the best QB in the country when he got here.

All he's done since he's gotten here is:
Watch/be responsible for TVD's regression
Hire coordinators that couldn't get the best out of him
Fail to sign a marquee HS quarterback
Fail to get a legitimate transfer QB to come in and elevate the room
Fail to develop the 3 4*quarterbacks we had on the roster (they will all 3 have transferred by the end of this year if TVD and Jacurri join Garcia)

Think about it. If TVD is such a locker room cancer and so easy to replace, why didn't Mario let him leave last spring and bring in a better transfer? Or better yet, why didn't Mario kick him out before spring and replace him in the portal?

If it's so easy to elevate the QB room, why has Mario been able to build an elite OL, but still unable to convince a high profile QB to come to Miami? He's got one of the best OL and WR class in the country, and still can't get a high profile recruit to commit.

Why's that?

I have zero faith that Mario has a plan and is able to elevate the QB room to where it needs to be to compete as a top 10 program. I'm not sure why anybody would expect him to do so.

You know what we really need to be worried about? If TVD goes elsewhere and does well. That will be the final nail in the coffin to cement Mario's reputation as a QB killer. That'll be unrecoverable.
 
TVD’s injury explained now helps to understand the excruciating pain he has played thru multiple games (and everyday life & practices). TRUE COURAGE. Now he has to do what’s best financially for his future. Hope he stays understood if he doesn’t.
