Travis Benjamin Starting

When he hit the corner on that punt return that was pure speed. Not many faster than him in the league.

but according to some gurus on this board he was not very good and easily replaceable

smh

He had almost as many crucial errors as he did big plays. The success of these proCanes just makes their mediocre college careers even more frustrating, and reinforces the argument that we had 2 awful head coaches plaguing the program for a long time.

smh indeed

PULL THE COACH CARD ALL YOU WANT.....BUT DID YOU EVER STOP TO THINK THAT JUST "MAYBE" THESE GUYS WERE PACING THEMSELVES THRU THEIR "MEDIOCRE COLLEGE CAREERS"?.......CA$HING NFL CKS HAS A FUNNY WAY OF REDIRECTING PRIORITIE$ & EFFORT.....

The coach is the one who creates the environment that allows guys to "pace" themselves.

600 yards and 3 TD's is hard to replace?

he's starting in the NFL, how's he guy you said we would miss Streeter doing in the NFL CA???

He's starting because a) Cleveland sucks and b) all their receivers are injured

Let's not pretend like its because he's such a great player - he's alright, has great speed but absolutely no wiggle and no brains

Anyone have a gif of the nice punt return he had last night? Can't find it anywhere and I missed it.

2 catches as a starter. Clap Clap.

Anyhow, back to the meat of this, how is 600 yards and 3 tds hard to replace? Not to mention, lousy blocking and half *** effort?

Clevelands offense has a rookie QB, 2 rookie WR's, a rookie RB, and a rookie RT. They are the youngest team in the NFL. Stop hatin on Benjamin, the only injured receiver was Cribbs. The announcers were singin his praise last night a few times. Thought he played pretty well. And are we gonna really say the NFL is full of a bunch of MENSA candidates? (Besides Ryan Fitzpatrick) SMH at some of you guys.

Not talking about being brilliant, talking about not making dumb decisions like Benjamin did against FSU last year. He single handily swung the momentum of that game with his decisions.

AGREED....WHEN PRIDE WAS A PRIORITY OVER PAYDAYS.......SCHNELLY OR JJ COULD HAVE RUN FOR MAYOR AND WON BACK IN THE DAY.....

Dont remember as much wiggle or breaking arm tackles while he suited up for us. Happy for the kid regardless as he made plays here...

How did CA's only guy we will miss from last year "Tommy Streeter" do last night for the Ravens? I missed his performance??

So you think TB would start or see any significant playing time with the ravens?

Explain how we would we miss a 600-700 yard cap WR more than a 800+ yard WR's.

there is no hype saying that he would be the best WR on this team right now and he is missed.

Actually the injured WR that he replaced was Mohamed Massaquoi, and then Cribbs got injured in the game on the punt return.

Streeter is still with the Ravens, but he's on IR, basically holding onto him b/c of his potential, he needs to polish his route running and work on his hands.
