Multiple sources have now confirmed with Dawgs247 in the last 24 hours that Tracy Rocker will be retained by Kirby Smart on his defensive staff.
Rocker is not only known as good defensive line coach, he is also highly thought of as a recruiter off the field.
He is the lead recruiter for UGA on Derrick Brown, Michail Carter and others left in this 2016 cycle.
Derrick Brown, the state's top prospect stated Rocker was a big reason that UGA was up there for him a few weeks back with an interview with 247Sports.
“Coach (Tracy) Rocker,” Brown stated. “He’s a down-to-earth guy and he wants to stay at Georgia. We’ll see.”
