I’m actually not concerned about him hitting the wall because we have a lot of WRs who can step up. As the year goes on our WRs will develop more and more of a rapport with Beck. Dawson has proven to get production out of all his WR groups.

BECK is the biggest key here. He knows how to spread the ball around and when you give him all day to throw he’s picking you apart you can’t focus on 1 guy.

- Marion
- Jojo
- J Moore
- B Schott
- L Gilbert
- RayRay
- Bauman
- Lofton

All these guys will become more and more productive as the year goes on imo. I FULLY expect 1 of them to Join Daniels/Toney as the clear #3 but I also think that has a chance to change every week depending on matchups and imo that’ll be huge. I still think that’ll be Jojo, iv been impressed by his blocking but he needs to be healthy.

I’m also not worried about the lack of explosive plays because those will come. But you saw that we don’t NEED them in order to win. We simple just marched down the field on ND to End the 1st & Begin the 2nd half (if Brown gets that 3rd & 1 we are up 3 scores idc) and not to mention we botched a EASY FG to begin the game due to a bad snap.

The offense will get better as the year goes on. It might actually pay off to have these Bye weeks in the beginning of the season.

WE are the team that beats other teams up now.

This is why when a small player gets hyped that weighs like 160 I don’t pay any mind as to why we ain’t offer. I don’t even care if they fast unless they like on some Roscoe type sh. Why get a Ryan Williams at bama when you can get Jeremiah who does the same thing at 6’3 225? The little guys get figured out or you beat them up physically as the year and film progresses.

Easy to adapt to a small player (small by average size of position) the big and explosive ones are the ones that win in the end. Saban is right there are weight classes for a reason

Thanks for telling me all the other guys that are on the roster I hadn’t checked it yet

Dawson mentioned it is his press conference Monday. Didn't say names but it was obvious what he was reference too.
 
You can tell Saban meant it. Sometimes these guys talk just to talk, but Saban really was in to what he was saying there. Dude looked like he was about to bust a nut.

The one weakness: WR speed. I could see some elite DBs containing us simply because we can’t blow the doors off them. Now maybe Marian can land a few and change my mind.

The other concern would be quality depth. Lowe could have played a role by the cfp. 16 games is a ton of football. We need to get serious about blowing teams out to save starters reps and getting back ups more.

not sure why people keep saying this. CJ beat #15 with ease multiple times. We won't see a better CB this year. the guy can run routes and that's more important than speed
