Absolutely; I wasn’t speaking on Riley, per say. Honestly never even heard his name. He appears to be all OU or NFL. My QP was speaking in generalities based upon info that was told to me. I know despite w/ Urban said, SC is sending out feelers to him.

I would like an AD from a P5 school that’s apart of winning culture. Either an AD or an Assistant AD. If not, then bring me a successful NFL executive (Zo) that’s used to the grind & know how to deal w/ big personalities. GTFOH w/ a ticket collector from a **** poor FCS school.
 
Butch, LOL J/K. I like Dana holgersons(sp) emotion and passion on the side line. I think players feed off that. Im not trying to say hes a great coach, just love the enthusiasum!

Yeah. No offense to USC but they seem to think everyone should want the job. And to be fair, it should be viewed as a Top 10 job.

Cowheard said the same; he was told USC has 6 college/NFL candidates all interested in the job.

But there is no way in **** that Fickell will choose to work for Beta Blake over the AD he previously worked with (now at USC).

Please offend them; they r an obnoxious bunch. I want them to hire a deplorable coach that sets them back at least 10 yrs. Lol

the job he's done in rehabbing Sam Darnold is remarkable. Im sold on his football X-and-O acumen

Now the downside is I dont think he's ever run his own program? And how is he as a recruiter?

There is no perfect candidate short of Jimmy Johnson getting into the Hot Tub Time Machine, so I'm willing to be flexible

But beyond our head coach, I'd also like a new AD
 
Add flores to the list im sure he wont be with the dolphins long the way this team is getting pushed around by a crappy colts team.maybe he will pull a saban and eject himself before he gets canned.

First and foremost, welcome back to the Oracle of Dade County! What do you think of Haffley, Chadwell, and Shawn Clark? They dont check off all of the boxes, but really no one does.

Who would be out of price range?
