OK, back from the game and just had a pow-wow with the world famous Austin P and yeah, like Ed Reed once said famously,"Im hurt dawg'

Not gonna rehash too much of the game(it's too painful and well, being at the game it's hard to get a lot of the details Im sure many of you have touched upon.)

But with that said, Malik Rosier reared his ugly head again(in terms of play), he's not good. In fact, he's bad. And its not getting any better and his play is actually demoralizing to the offense(the body language and gestures I saw from the WR's tonight was very telling) and the fan-base. Yeah he put up some good numbers last year but most of them vs bad teams and lets face it, offensive stats nowadays are inflated across the board. Too many games he's right around(or below) 50-percent completion percentage. Perhaps some of it could be laid on the play calling and system but some of that has to do with a scatterarm thrower

The schedule now gets very soft, it's time for Richt to get someone warmed up in the pen and begin the process of developing his next QB - because Rosier ain't it and quite frankly, it would be a wasted year for this program. Yeah, I'll live through mistakes as long as there is an upside on the horizon. Rosier reached his ceiling last November and has come crashing back down to reality. Sorry, for those of you who cape up for him its time to face the harsh truth, he's inaccurate, late with passes, lacks a feel for the game and gives his receivers no chance for YAC

He completely restricts what this offense can do, however, if Richt stick with him - well, that's on him. I see way too much talent on this side of the ball to have these types of long, unproductive stretches. The Oline still isn't a great run blocking unit, no doubt, but it has enough pieces to be very good from the spread sets - except you need a QB that can consistently make routine throws.

That ain't Rosier.

I've seen enough, I don't want to see any more.

- Loved what I saw from Jeff Thomas. Imagine him with a good QB how lethal he would be. Brian Hightower flashed and Brevin Jordan was open for a couple of big plays but Rosier was Rosier

- Defensively, yeah, Manny Diaz is questionable to me. His unit's production doesn't match his rhetoric and Ive notice that slants and square ins(goig back to last years UVA game) have really hurt Miami on 3rd downs

- Al Blades looked good out there, looked very promisig

- Kicking game is a huge question mark. Jeff Feagles is feeble, a flat out liability

- Anyhooo, great to see all the Canes fans out there this past weekend. What looked to be such a promising season now looks very tenuous to me Yeah, Im that concerned with the QB situation.

- oh and one other thing, the most frustrating part of the game( for me at least) was the end of the 1st half, you have LSU pinned deep and 4th down punting near their own endzone and twice you can just let them boot the ball and get your offense the ball back. Literally, all you have to do is just let them snap it, kick it and just stand there and watch for the fake - and instead, you get flagged twice and they get to run out the clock

C'mon Hartley, that's on you to explain to them situational football. That was mind-boggling to me

It's time to go to the bullpen for an OC and/or new coach.

This **** is 150% on Richt. All offseason to prepare and the ENTIRE team looked like garbage. Anyone pegging this entire mess on Rosier is missing the big picture problem here. Richt had 3 years to establish a depth chart at the position and find something better. No attempt was made at a grad transfer, or any transfer for that matter.

Blame Richt the talent evaluator for none of his hand picked recruits being good enough to beat out Rosier. Blame Richt the recruiter for not getting higher pedigree players. And don't forget to Blame Richt the ****** *** play caller for creating an offensive system that rivals Dave Wannstedt for on field creativity.

We need to stop pointing fingers at the ****** *** QB depth chart and start pointing all 10 fingers at the ******* that put in this situation in his THIRD FULL YEAR.

I think the bigger issue is that it’s not the 90s anymore. Y’all are Michigan...it’s cute to pretend you’re still good but come on now...

Pulling the starter after losing to a better team? Sounds insane to me
4 losses in a row and the 1st one was to a bad PITT team that had a losing record. Not so insane when you think about PITT.

well, you could argue having Rosier was a large part of that. LSU was the superior team last night, no doubt. but you'd have to be deaf dumb and blind to think that he isn't a huge liability. His last 4 games have been among the worst stretches ever for a Miami quarterback

He's becoming unwatchable

K9, so who do you put in?

1) the kid who doesn’t take classroom or film room study seriously and can’t read a defense?

2) the kid who is an ok player and who likes to party ?

3) the true freshman

4) rosier

Tough call.

Solid teams will throw the exact same game plan at us until we prove we can throw it. Sell out to stop the run, play man behind it, and make the QB beat them. Same thing since Pitt.

Sadly any solid D is gonna control our run, and our O is gonna sputter all year.

Play all 3 freshman and go with the hot hand for the rest of the year. The best QB will show out by then.

Anyone but #4? The guy was 42% last night and is like 45% in the last 4 games. He clearly is not the answer and we need to start building for the future at this point, even if it means losing 6 games with a green QB. Maybe the kid who likes to party or doesn't take film room study seriously is actually a gamer when it matters (unlike the guy we have now who seems to "get it" the most on Greentree, but not when it counts)? We won't know until we leave Rosier behind

That Hartley special teams gaffe was deplorable and you're being nice K9 you and I know we as fans deserve better. Hartley must be removed from ST.

Yeah, ABR - anybody but Rosier

BTW, I heard from a lot of fans that if Rosier keeps playing, they aint staying or going to games. Rosier is bad for business...

j-dub, as a guy who travels from Los Angeles to games(and went this past weekend_) trust me, I know we deserve better!!

As for being a nice guy - well, that's debatable

Any team with a shaky oline, wildly inaccurate QB and a punter who can't kick it past the 50 is going to look bad.

Not surprising. 4 straight losses, a lot of which falls directly on him. We are still not that far removed from the Golden era and cannot afford to continue to slap our fanbase in the face.

Starting over with a new QB is the only way this season can be salvaged. With Rosier, we're going 9-3 or 8-4, maybe followed by another ąsswhooping by Clemson.

9-3 here we go.. All these weapons Rosier has at his disposable. 1st world problems.

There is no future with Rosier, sorry but if I was an offensive player, I wouldn't want to play with him as our QB. I dont know if it showed on TV but there was obvious frustration from our WR's after certain plays and now the word is Richards was shelved for getting on him. We were all wondering what happened with him at the game
