A couple things guys. Firstly, I have not seen either Cook or Yearby play, but the arguments for and against both reminds me of the age-old QB discussion: would you prefer the QB who can throw the ball 70 yards from his butt but can't read a defense nor has any pocket presence with the hope of developing those skills (JaMarcus Russell) or would you prefer the QB with ok measureables, refined QB skills, and can be relied upon to make the RIGHT decision (Russell Wilson). I'm not saying Cook will end up like Russell (although he's not off to a good start by picking UFug) and his upside, much like Russell's, may be off the charts, but when the speed and athletic disparity is lessened (as it will be in college), what else do you bring to the table? We know Yearby has something else to bring (vision, cut back ability, etc.), we don't know that with Cook. With that said, I'll take a healthy dose of both.
