Miami sells out a football game once every 10 years if we’re lucky. We should really be paying people to attend to ensure this is a sell out. Instead we’ve got nose bleeds for $300

I just checked the school site. Sections 332 and 232 are the only ones with a lot of tickets still available. Both are the non alcohol sections. The other sections with tickets available all have very few remaining - anywhere from 2 to 20 each.

$300 is expensive. It's also a big game. You're paying whatever it takes to get in.

If this is the only game of the year someone intends to attend, it's not a crazy price. If it was the only game I'm going to, I wouldn't have to think twice about it. Ditto if I was only going to ND and UF.

Gone are the days of letting the scalper buy a ticket for $40 and resell it for $300.

Now, the school/venue sets the price based on what they perceive market rate to be, then adjusts (downward) as needed.

Those tickets will sell by game time.

Yeah I wanna see something... anyone know what the single game ticket prices looked like for ND in 2017? I am sure tickets were half the price they are today. Club end zone $540 per seat, **** alcohol free seats are in the $300s. I do think this guy Dan Ratakovichmandude is way out of touch with the financial situation of most south Floridians and I am pretty bummed about that. Sure I got season tickets but a) they were way too expensive this year, and b) I know that the single game ticket costs price out tons of young kids and young families from seeing one of the greatest modern rivalries in football. It doesn't match up, im sorry.

I live in Tennessee. I bought my UF and Notre Dame tickets in April, you either wanna spend the money or you don’t. There was ample time to make something happen, it’s really that simple.

A couple of my boys are supposed to be coming up to go to Bama @ UGA in September and I’m just really hoping that falls through. I’m used to paying Bama ticket prices but that one’s gonna be insane unless one of them stumbles early.

Typical overreaction. Probably a few hundred ( a good portion of which are probably nosebleeds) seats left and you guys are acting like there are going to be significant areas of empty seats. It’s not going to happen. HR will be rocking.

Wild that they’d really try to milk extra cash on a couple hundred seats. You can sell half of them for $300 or sell all of them for $150.

There are season tickets cheaper than $300.

Miami just announced that a limited number of tickets are still available for Sunday night’s game against Notre Dame in the upper-level sections.

The tickets remaining are $286 each depending on where you are sitting, and can be purchased through the Miami Athletics Ticket Office at (305) 284-2263 or online at Hurricanesports.com.

The game is not a sell out because the school is trying to rape the fans. There is no regular season game that should be priced like this. Pure greed.
