Tickets still available for Miami vs. Notre Dame

They think they can charge '17 prices but they dont have the hype of an undefeated season to go with it. Fairweather have been skepitcal the entire Mario era -- the TAMU crowd in '23 was shocking.
Undefeated + gameday + big win at home the week before. Lots of people do not follow the off season that closely or listen to the kool aid fest here and just aren't sold on this team yet (especially with 300 dollar tickets). Massive failure by the school if this game is not full capacity.

I'm sure the school did the math and realized that they make more money selling 80% of the tickets at crazy prices than 100% at reasonable prices, but they're pricing out the hometown fans. It's ridiculous.
Maybe they should do some more math and realize more asses in seats means more hype and more people want to buy tickets. Then you get 50k+ sold for stanford and syracuse instead of 20k. Its a joke.

Obviously we have to be good too....

the university doesn’t do anything different than other schools.

Lots of schools selling 150% of our stadiums capacity at that price on a weekly basis, or every other home game and ours are complaining about the biggest game this program has played at home in more than 20 years being this price.

I just paid $150 a ticket to see ETSU at UT.

It’s a big selling point to the other conferences we want to go that we sell out and we fail to do it.

Fandom is a two-way street, but too many teams seem to have forgotten that. We stand by them through the lows, yet the moment they find success, they’re quick to turn their backs on the very people who carried them through the rough years.

If teams choose to treat their fans like a business, they shouldn’t be surprised when fans respond in kind.

Yeah I wanna see something... anyone know what the single game ticket prices looked like for ND in 2017? I am sure tickets were half the price they are today. Club end zone $540 per seat, **** alcohol free seats are in the $300s. I do think this guy Dan Ratakovichmandude is way out of touch with the financial situation of most south Floridians and I am pretty bummed about that. Sure I got season tickets but a) they were way too expensive this year, and b) I know that the single game ticket costs price out tons of young kids and young families from seeing one of the greatest modern rivalries in football. It doesn't match up, im sorry.
have you heard of inflation? post 2020 lockdown with printing press the dollar has been destroyed in value it buys less a dollar then is like 50c now everything costs more and has risen in price 2017$ vastly different than 2025$ don’t blame the wrong guy

I have plenty of friends that want to go but cant justify spending $300+ for nosebleeds. **** if it wasn't for me getting them free, I would stay home and watch it.

UT raised their ticket prices a couple of years ago to “support” NIL and stadium improvements. Vol fans were ****ed and I had to listen to some cry, ***** and moan.

It seems alot of fans are just buying orange parking passes and don’t plan to go into the game but instead tailgate and party in the lot! I know 4 large groups that would rather do that than to pay $300+ PER ticket. The tailgates will be a vibe.

Was the 2017 miami Nd game a sellout? I guess the prices were much lower which helped with that.

Seems a bit greedy to me but hey if they think they can get it, shoot your shot. I ain’t mad at it. Go Canes!
