Thoughts From the Bench Press: A&M

I don’t like Citrulline Malate as much as pure Citrulline

They claim it’s “better” because it’s Citrulline bound with Malic acid but truth is Malic acid doesn’t bond with Citrulline so there’s no extra benefits to it

In general Bulk Supplements seems like a solid place to buy from and they have pure Citrulline

They claim everything is third party tested but I’ve not seen evidence of this
Wait, a supplement company is claiming their proprietary blend of ingredients does something new and special but it actually doesn’t?

Next you’ll be telling us fasted cardio has as many downsides as upsides.

Just stick to heroin and cigarettes

It’s not that dramatic but your point stands

It’s not proprietary necessarily there was a lot of studies that pointed to this being legit but after further years of studies what happens is the body immediately breaks the bond of the CM so essentially renders it useless. It’s why the methods of studies matter more than the abstract or conclusions

The space is kinda ****ed up but it’s not nearly the Wild West anymore that people assume

I only know because I was proven wrong

Alpha Lion is my current supplement choice, love their products
The owner is a good friend of mine and has given me a lot of access to their inner workings and what they put into research and making sure they’re getting quality ingredients with lots of testing behind it. It’s no surprise that their stuff always performs well. Good choice.

You’re talking Neuro-inflammation which is my specialty at the moment

I’m a few weeks out, thinking mid October from dropping a long term brain health supplement aimed at exactly this

When people say supplements are useless they don’t know what the **** they’re talking about. We can’t claim it but we might be able to prevent or prolong things like Alzheimer’s and Dementia, even cancer. It’s all there in the literature usually what is the problem is it’s hard to deliver a supplement and have the body use it well.

I’m using liposomal technology on some resverstrol and the **** is amazing
Best of luck with that for real. I agree with what you're saying. One of the biggest issues I've seen is push back from the giant drug companies 💲💲💲

Hate to ruin this thread about workout supplements and weight lifting with football, but personally I think the X Factor in this game will be one of our WR’s either stepping up or not.

Last year we moved the ball on them pretty well between the 20’s but we couldn’t get it done in the red zone, and we had few explosive plays. Both in my opinion can be traced to a lack of a #1 option at WR that makes A&M DB’s sweat.

We have a guy step up and force them to acknowledge him, and everything else on offense falls into place.

Adding onto this, if there was a downside to be highlighted about last week, it’s the failure to finish drives.

We don’t want Baby Borg to be the player of the game this week.

The supplement space definitely doesn’t do itself any favors sometimes. Making stupid claims and cutting corners

A lot of people trying to do the right thing out there though

There’s also an entire thread about this game discussion so you can always put your opinion there if you have an issue with where my thread is going

That's good to know. What do you think of Ft. Lauderdale based LIFE EXTENSION?
