Cmon now.

Surely you know it doesn't come out until Wednesday?
AMEN... It don't get any better than that... Those Seminole DB's are in counselling because of what 10 & 7 did to them... GO CANESI can’t wait to watch the game back but I just got back from the stadium and this board is about what I expected. Sad, but expected.
Let me tell you what I saw. I was in section 109, dead center on the 50, surrounded by 98% fsu fans. And you know what I saw? What I ******* live for. What gives me life. Our biggest rival, in their building, absolutely hopeless. Broken. Watching reality in real time. Seeing live and in color, **** me, the Alabama game was a long time ago. Wanna know why? Cause these dudes in thestormtrooper uniforms are better. We have no shot against these dudes. They own us.
And I can’t tell you how good that feels. This was the first road game of the year. The first night game in our biggest rivals new stadium. They had fancy lights, and cool speakers. Honestly, if I can be real for a second, that place is college football. It’s a spectacular atmosphere. And it was loud, and juiced. They took the opening kick right down our throats, we bowed up and held them to 3, and the place was electric.
And then they didn’t score a ******* point for about 2 hours. They were hopeless. Defeated. Ruined. It was 28-3, and they looked like they were headed to the electric chair. So miss me with all the 4th quarter bull****. The Wario bull****. We didn’t play Ohio state tonight. We played the “#1 offense in the county” (El oh ******* el), in their building. Our biggest rival. And we ended their season. Their natty hopes are done. Their playoff hopes are done. Their ACC hopes are done. It’s over. And we did it in their building, at night, on national TV.
Maybe I’m weird. Maybe I’m just old. I don’t know. But I will, never, ever apologize for doing what we did to them tonight. Regardless of how the 4th quarter went.
I live for nights like tonight. And this program is ******* alive. Enjoy it.
It all makes sense but for the fact you should have been a Giants fan.LOL, wanna bet he had money on that game. Listen I spent the first 20 yrs of my life in NYC, I understand. Spent the next 25 yrs in SOFLO, at UM where I learned about real CFB, and we weren’t very good. But Friday nights at the OB was another world. Then when I moved to Ga. It was a lesson in full frontal CFB ****ery. Especially when Herschel was playing and Larry Munson on the calls.i was immersed in CFB heaven. And then my Canes came back from the dead to win 5 (6*) Nattys. And here we are. Thankful for that journey. Otherwise I would still be living in Queens painting my face for Jet games

So Mr OBM how exactly were you feeling about that beat down in the 4th quarter while being surrounded by those 98% FSU fans?I can’t wait to watch the game back but I just got back from the stadium and this board is about what I expected. Sad, but expected.

And that means what?

I was a Giants fan as a kid( no other fb teams in nyc), but man in the 60’s the G-men s**ked. Along came the Jets and Joe Willie, rest is history. It all makes sense but for the fact you should have been a Giants fan.
I think that most FSU fans know exactly what went down on Saturday. A buddy of mine from work is an alumnus and a big fan, when they are doing well. He could only shake his head and say “you guys are fast, on both sides of the ball, you’re just too fast”. There weren’t any thoughts of grandeur like “we almost beat you” going through his head. Most that are realistic know this wasn’t close. Wish I could have been at Doak to enjoy it myself.
Defense completely dominated the best offense in the country AND it woke up Sunday morning ****ed offNo one with a brain who has watched football for longer than about 7 seconds thinks the game was even remotely close. They're completely depressed. They know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, Miami is a clearly superior team and program right now. We proved it last year and again this weekend, and they're broken. I couldn't be happier.
It's October 7th, and we have watched this program physically beat up Notre Dame, UiF, and FSU.
Just think about that for a second. We are barely into October, and we have watched the boys line up and thoroughly whip those 3 programs already. And some of yall wanna complain? Couldn't ever be me. Not after watching every single snap this program has put on display for the last 20 years. Ain't nobody ****ing in my cheerios after I got to watch our boys push our 3 biggest rivals around in the first 5 games of a season. This has got to be the best first 5 weeks of a season in program history, no? We're 5-0, ranked #2 in the country, and we've already beaten our 3 biggest rivals. Key word being beaten. Physically, and definitively. How the **** can you possibly be anything other than hard as a diamond right now???

For a board obsessed with being terrified of Rat Poison (im absolutely not one of those people) I would think that’s a good thing
You know your stat threads are some of my favorite things to read week per weekNo doubt. We have a veteran team. Besides Toney, there's not a single first year player playing big minutes. Even the transfers we got, most are at least 3rd year players, if not older. These kids know they're good. They know the goals they have, and as thrilled as I am pushing our 3 little brother's **** in, at the end of the day, we got bigger fish to fry.
I'm not saying we can't slip up and lose a game, obviously we can. But if it happens, I don't think it'll be because the group got too far over their skis. This is a veteran bunch, most of these kids have been around plenty long enough to understand the assignment.
And for the ones that are either somewhat young, or haven't gone through this at other schools....this same **** happened literally last year. It's not like Mario has to pull the VCR out for evidence. Remember like literally 10 months ago when we were 9-0 and the wheels fell off? You haven't done **** yet. Get to work.

Admittedly I’ve only skimmed them so far
Reason being this was an absurd stretch of football. When you combine the rivalry aspects not a single team has played a tougher stretch than us, at the beginning of the season no less.
Now here we are yet again. Our old nemesis. The mid teams in the ACC. There’s always some goofy games lurking in college football, but it’s time to put all this **** to bed
I’m just as pleased as you are about our current position. That being said, I never bought into the FSU “scheme” offense to begin with. I believe Alabama would have beaten them too if not for playing against a Malzahn concoction in week 1. I expect us to win every game left on the schedule and dominate the majority of them. But I am not taking this W as having beat the best offense in the country since they got to run up the stats on a couple of cupcakes. They had plenty of flaws and we were able to get a good read on where to be for making the right plays. The players still had to execute, which they did almost perfectly. Given our past seasons, I remain optimistic that Mario doesn’t **** this up. But we now actually have both an offense and a defense in the same season, and it is great to be a Miami Hurricane. No one with a brain who has watched football for longer than about 7 seconds thinks the game was even remotely close. Cmon now.
Really? I didn't see that. Very unprofessional. He didn’t give Mario even a nod after the game....just walked right by him. That facking war chant is the WORST annoying thing of all the colleges in the U.S. Totally retarded fans. Score should have been 35-10. CLEAN UP THE STUPID PENALTIES BOYS!
