For the record, I think both of our state of Florida opponent games will be tough hard fought games.
FIU and Bethune Cookman?

They just picked up the QB whose team hung 35 on Miami the last game.
So Hornibrook will be the difference and carry them to victory. Ahhh...I dont think so bud.
Not saying he will. Not saying he won't. How about Miami actually play a game ot two under Diaz's staff?
Hows that, bud?
I'd argue we had an advantage over them the last 3 seasons. Kaaya's last year, we were up 13-3 going into score in the 3rd quarter. Brutal loss with the missed extra point. In 2017, Diaz overthought a bunch of stuff; no reason to zone blitz Blackmon that year. He adjusted a lot of that in 2018, which is one reason we improved so drastically in 3rd down conversions. In 2018, it was a weird, disastrous game throughout.
Remember, our offense has been playing with a piano on its back.
You're out of your mind. What? Miami would be favored right now AT Doak, in a Miami/FSU game, after getting *** gaped 35-3 in our last game, by SEVEN? On the road? LMAO. Literally, not even close. The game would probably be a pickem, at best.

We did last year and I'm pretty sure it was close the year before. Would be curious to see the numbers if anyone could look at the rosters. I understand why, but we have an incredible inferiority complex to too many schools. We've been coached/led by half-assed staffs. We went 6-7 one year with a team full of NFL guys. I get it.Naw, we didn’t have more NFL players than FSU the last 3 seasons lol
Yes we actually have, in the last 3 draft classes fsu has had 12 picks(2 1st rounders) while Miami has had 17 picks(2 1st rounders) in the same time span. Miami will have more draft picks this year too than FSUNaw, we didn’t have more NFL players than FSU the last 3 seasons lol
I did my own look. Those saying FSU was more talented simply because of the recruiting rankings are falling into the flaw of ignoring development apparently. We did last year and I'm pretty sure it was close the year before. And in previous draft classesI did my own look. Those saying FSU was more talented simply because of the recruiting rankings are falling into the flaw of ignoring development apparently.
The last 3 NFL Combines:
2019: Miami 6 vs FSU 3
2018: Miami 9 (one a kicker) vs FSU 9
2017: Miami 9 (one a punter) vs FSU 8
You can then look at the actual rosters and, while we didn't have a Dalvin Cook, we still had more than sufficient numbers on future NFL guys throughout our starting units. The wacked out coaching makes it look off.
FSU's last game and it was AT mighty Doak.

Every early win total prediction I've seen for them is between 6.5 and 7.5.
Every early win total for us (even with Martell's eligibility in flux) has been at least 8 with many at 9.

We'd be favored by at least 7 right now at their place and with no known starting QB. So I'm not sure the talent advantage should be deemed as "slight".
