Shhhhh....Dont tell Faqquit1968 that....He knows better anyway...My team got involved with a medical facility a couple years ago. I was shocked to learn how much nurses made. There where Directors of nursing making over 150k a year, chief nursing officers making way over 500k, clinical development presidents at the corporate HQs(Who where all nurses) making low 7 figures.
its like punching out a fat kid Bro .... no challenge .. LOLGood point brother. You know what they say about arguing with the ignorant. lol.
As long as there are no kids in the mix, throw a kid or two in there and it goes fast.Hey F-Boy....Critcal Care RNs start at $80,000 and she's been doing it for 22yrs...Do the math Faqquit....
She's 47 with a Grown Daughter...Owns her own Condo in Downtown Orlando....and she's well past $80,000 a yr since 2010...As long as there are no kids in the mix, throw a kid or two in there and it goes fast.
He won't respond now....Another Hit & Run Puzzy...Either he's embarrassed at how Stupid his knowledge is of RNs....or WaWa just got Super busy, and he's up to his neck making sandwiches....
For real, Wawa has alot of optionsHe is complaining to his boss that "its not his fault these sandwiches aren't getting mad fast enough, it is these soft *** millennials ordering these complex sandwiches slowing everything down".
Washington backed into the playoffs and lost to USC who was the only team they played with a massive talent advantage beside Bama who they also lost too. Every other team they played that year had similar or less talent to them. MSU knocked off 2 teams more talented then themselves, OSU and UM which is very impressive, but they then went and didnt score a point in the playoff. Where as the talented teams with schit HCs went and won the NC.
I understand what you are saying. No one is saying coaching is useless. However, a decent coach with elite talent is going to beat an elite coach with decent talent 99 times out of 100.
As far as kentucky vs penn state. Now you are just picking random teams that have beat teams with more talent. If you want to go that route I can pick significantly more teams where the more talented team beat the less talented team.
Every team that is in the playoff race is recruiting at a high level. Bama, Clemson, UGA, and the other elite teams are all spending like crazy to land the top recruits. They do this because they know recruiting is the single most important piece of CFB.
I waste a lot of time trying to make decisions in WawaFor real, Wawa has alot of options
I didn't just pick 2 teams randomly out of a hat. Not only did Kentucky & PSU face off last yr in a new year's bowl, but they are also evenly matched across the board, with the biggest difference being talent. To understand the impact that coaching has vs talent you have to specifically look at teams that have either a coaching advantage or talent advantage but not both. So for example you can't look at Alabama vs Miss. St..because Bama has an advantage in both categories.
Secondly I never once tried to argue that recruiting is not important in CFB. The fundamental disagreement that me and you have is that you believe that recruiting stars & rankings are the end all be all, and I am of the belief that without properly evaluating & assessing talent the recruiting rankings & ratings don't mean ****. For example you always give credit to the pastor's recruiting while @ MIA because he was able to improve the BC ratio, but the problem is a lot of his recruits were poorly evaluated & assessed and because of that many of them never panned out. So you can't just adopt the mindset "all 4 & 5 star rated recruits are good, while all 2 & 3 star rated recruits are bad". Not only are these ratings & rankings inherently subjective, but they also possess a high degree of statistical variance. Also you can't tell me that those elite teams don't have inflated recruiting rankings as well. We could switch classes with Alabama right now and there's a high likelihood that our class would automatically be top 10 or top 5 even. I'm not trying to suggest that Manny doesn't need to recruit well, and hit on his targets, but at the same time you also have to acknowledge that there's a bias.
I agree the elite teams have made recruiting & talent acquisition a significant priority. At the same time though..2 of the teams that you mentioned also have $10 million dollar coaches, and in the case of Clemson they also have the highest paid assistant coach in CFB. So do you think that really helps prove the pt that talent is more important than coaching in CFB?
I know quite a few posters here in real life that will straight up laugh at how ridiculous this statement is.
I tried to give you some friendly advice, if you don't want to take it, that is fine. You are never going to move up in life thinking the way you do.
Speak my brother these fools out here celebrating this W like they won the NC.
what real fan, not the teenage girls on this site, is celebrating last Saturday's debacle like it was the NC?
