This was 'offensive'....

Gattis was what…the sixth option? And we paid him 1.8 million one of the highest salaries in the country.

The question I have. Why didn’t coaches want to come here?

Is it facilities, players, Mario, etc

Lack of full autonomy and a pre selected offensive staff probably had a lil some some to do with it if I had to guess, lol.

Hopefully he learned from this ….

This is an underrated narrative here. I really think for Mario to be successful he has to hire an elite OC and let him hire the guys he needs to run his system.

If push comes to shove will Mario be willing to put his entire offensive staff on on the line (including Mirabal) for the sake of getting an OC that can score points.

Because if he doesn’t and he forces his guys on this new OC you can be sure an elite guy is not coming here.

I mean our QB did miss a wide open TD, then another another play completely misses another wide open TD of a go route didn’t even look at that WR I think it might have been X again.

Then Garcia under threw a wheel route that’s as open for a TD to skinner.

So yes execution is part of it but so is okay calling. Both can be true
Yeah true but we're not playing horseshoes here. No yards or points for being close to making a play. This offense can't make plays period. Just an average offense makes this a competitive game. We're so far from average right now it doesn't even matter. Clemson tried their best to get us into the game with all the fumbles but we just couldn't take advantage.

If Highsmith is not scouring the entire country right now looking for offensive coaches to replace the abortion of a staff we have at the moment then he’s stealing money too and can gtfo
Don't forget that zo said on an obb podcast that ground and pound is the way to go since no one prepares for it anymore... So be careful what you wish for.
