This is on Richt

The OL is playing worse for starters. We lost good WRs. Kaaya is playing scared. VT is a much better and older and experienced team this year and playing at home. There are a number of reasons. You are knowledgeable. You know you can't say we did this last year, so we should do it again this year. We put 47 on UNC in 2014 and they put 56 on us in 2015.

It's the same OL. Stacy Coley will play in the NFL and Ahmmon Richards is a future star. VTech got smashed by Syracuse and lost to Al Golden the past two years.

We were unprepared. Again. We can't make a 30-yard field goal. Our penalties are idiotic. We drop more passes than any team in Power 5. We were constantly running against the numbers.

That's coaching.

That's not on Richt. Badgley shanked an XP. That's not on Richt. WRs drop passes. That's not on Richt. Tyree St. Louis' 12 false starts on not on Richt. Come on. You're better than that. What does Ammon Richards playing in the NFL in 4 years have to do with anything? Tulane has NFL guys on their roster. I wouldn't want them going up against an ACC team right now. The problem is, we don't have as much talent as people think or keep saying we do. We have absolutely no depth. Look, I ripped Richt's coaching against UNC and FSU. Tonight, not his fault.

Our offense has a QB who, for all of his faults, will play in the pros. Coley and Richards will play in the pros. Njoku and Hernon will play in the pros. Yearby and Walton are above-average ACC backs. Our OL was good enough last year to handle Virginia Tech without issue.

Our talent is heads and shoulder above Virginia Tech. The NFL will confirm this like it always does. We are getting worse and playing below our talent.

Fuente needs time to change their culture too... nvm

WTF has VT done this year? They're 5-2, not 7-0 and running to the playoffs.

They just skull ****ed us with a talentless inferior squad. That good enough?

For what?

That is what he's done this year. He just SKULL ****ED RICHT. He's a superior coach.

Based upon what?

where would Fuente be without Evans? You think Vpi stands a chance if we gave them Kaaya?

fuqin fool if you think that.

I have read all these comments and agree with them all. But, the Jamal Carter late hit out of bounds is the most egregious foul of the year because he is a senior who should know better.

As bad as the o-line was last year it was 34th in sacks allowed giving up 19. This year o-line with the same guys already have given up 15 sacks.

Yeah D he's an offensive juggernaut they did put up 16 points.... Ask Matt Stanford how many wins all his passing yards gets him. Your passing a lot in one of two scenarios your losing or your dominating opponents from the word go with your passing. We've never dominated teams with a pulse from the word go with Brad

Newsflash Kaaya is still trash but its Richts fault lol he can't win with the Kaaya apologist.

Kaaya was 2-0 against Virginia Tech before tonight. And he threw for more yards than he ever has against them.
Duke Johnson killed them for 249 last time@VT while Kayaa was 7/16 for 92 yards that game Dmoney.Bud has his number in Blacksburg!

Second week in a row we come out completely unprepared. Brain-dead penalties, running into 8-man fronts, inexplicably bad special teams, outmanned by a physically inferior team. This is really discouraging.

Where was the bad special teams besides the missed fg? With all the injuries we have plus already playing so many true Frosh hard for me to say were playing a physically inferior team. Doubtful any coach in America would have won tonight with all that going against us plus playing on the road 5 days after out last game.

No. I'm so sick of this argument. Our talent is not as ******* good as everyone thinks.

The last time we played them, Kaaya threw for 296 yards, 2 TDs and 0 INTs. Our running backs averaged 2.5 yards per carry. And we won by 10.

This is 100% not on Richt. Wow, I'm shocked people blame this on Richt, and in doing so, absolve Kaaya or praise him. I'm done if people are blaming Richt for not being able to win with this crap.

We lit these guys up last year. Same OL. Same QB. What changed?

So VT is older and better, but we're not despite returning 10 starters on offense? Hmmm. I wonder why we're not older and better on offense. We were younger and better on defense before we had to play tonight with no one left.

People been saying that since 2004. Heck the number of NFL players that were considered "bad" here is even greater than the number of times Rickt lost to UF.

Help me understand this logic.... So are you saying that Miami wouldve beaten this VaTech team this year with Al Golden and Donofrio still running the program?

No. I'm so sick of this argument. Our talent is not as ******* good as everyone thinks.

We hear this every single year. Then I turn on my TV on Sunday, and Anthony Chickillo, Thurston Armbrister, Ladarius Gunter, Tracy Howard, Artie Burns, Duke Johnson, Clive Walford, Ereck Flowers, Brandon Linder, Phillip Dorsett and Allen Hurns are all playing a ton of snaps in the NFL.

You usually are a very good poster but you're nuts if you think our roster TONIGHT with all the injuries and young players playing was heads and shoulders above VA Tech.

Defense Gave up 500 and 37 pts...

The defensive scheme is like a shell game. If high pace attempted intimidation and confusion doesn't work, then we're in big trouble. Anybody who didn't blatantly see that vs. Florida State and North Carolina wasn't paying attention or was simply in denial. The points scored by those two teams didn't begin to represent the wide open spaces and opportunity on the field. I haven't watched the TV versions yet but it was glaring in person.
