Is beautiful, man. The fumble and sequence following is making the rounds on social media. The video clips and montages are incredible.

Toney being such a beast all season, then the fumble (which took the life out of Cane nation, my heart was broken)…

watching him in tears (and braces, realizing again how young he really is), then Fletch consoling him (and learning what he actually said)….

then 4 takes us down the field to put us in position….

THEN Toney gets redemption! And his celebration, fellas I FELT it. He let so much out on that TD.

I’m watching these different clips and someone keeps cutting onions around me man.

Love this squad.

Dammit, I thought this thread was going to be about Fletcher and Toney being undersized and slow.

spot on for alot folks - the onions are everywhere b! lol

Suggest you watch the ACC full interview. What a great kid.

If you were Mario you want to win for kids like this.

When I saw Mali fumble.. I went 'oh **** , noooo!' just like everyone else. My very next thought was 'rise with him or die with him. That's the guy who's hands I want the ball to be in.' it was like the fumble didn't bother me at all. After reading that article about him, I knew he'd be back up.

4 lead-blocking for 10 was beautiful.

Mark Fletcher is everything our program should be about, and I'm glad they figured out the pistol to get him going down hill.

I wasn’t mad that he fumbled. I mean I was but not mad at him. I felt bad for him more than anything. He puts his heart and souls into football and this team. If we lose a game because of something he did, I’m completely ok with it.

I said it elsewhere but don’t forget 4 on the other side basically saying

“I got you both” and shutting down A&M to get us the ball back
That stop by the entire defense was flucking absurd. 2 sacks and got them to punt

Also was not mad. He's done so much for us. I was however lamenting the big play that almost was. Toney was spinning out of the grasp of those two defenders and he was about to be loose in the open field. If that guy doens't make that strip it was gonig to be a monster play.
