I've been watching a lot of classic Canes games, and I realized there's some things I missed from our team's identity.

One thing I missed is our safeties wearing the colored visors, playing as hit men.

Granted, there are some things we will never get back, due to NCAA rules, but what are some things you missed from the old Canes?

How about taking off helmets every time an explosive play was made.

Basically being sure the defense or special teams would score a touchdown almost every game or at least set up an easy score with a big turnover or punt block. The last few years, I've breathed a sigh of relief everytime the defense didn't give up a touchdown.
