Things That You Miss About The Canes

I miss our tough as nail fans who would fight rival fans in the West End Zone (once saw a FSU fan get tossed down 3 or 4 rows), now we have a bunch of nancies on the sight, starting with rokulika

I've been watching a lot of classic Canes games, and I realized there's some things I missed from our team's identity.

One thing I missed is our safeties wearing the colored visors, playing as hit men.

Granted, there are some things we will never get back, due to NCAA rules, but what are some things you missed from the old Canes?

*** "winning" is not applicable ***

What I miss about Miami football??? Miami football!

I don't think the black shoes can be reiterated enough!! If adidas wants to do something to show The U's tradition design a adizero ALL BLACK football cleat and sock combo!
-Speed
-Attitude
-Relentless pursuit to the ball
-2nd & 3rd stringers still puttin on
-OWNING THE 4th **** QUARTER
-Dominating
-Putting fear into the opponent
-A packed stadium
-The colored visors are dope too
-Being able to find Canes gear anywhere (I live in Clearwater area and cant find sh*t out here)
-BEATING FSU!!!!

When even the white guys that played were savages/maniacs, instead of taking part in disconcerting photo shoots.

People respecting us...... opponents, media, just having a well coached team. Tired of the inconsistency.

1. Never wondering if the Canes were going to show up for game;
2. Never worrying about losing to the likes of UNC, Duke, UVa; GTech, Wazzu, etc; and
3. Being genuinely surprised if we lost a big game, i.e. FSU, UF, Ohio State, Penn State, ND, etc.

Man, I miss those days.

I miss when a loss really hurt. I've become so numb to losing. There's no shock. It's just "Oh well, ****** Canes lost again".
