He is a well paid kid who is not performing like he needs to, that’s all that needs to be said. I hope SJ in a year or two can become a quality center for us but right now, he is not playable and that’s that.
 
I completely agree with OP. These are kids doing their best.

That's why I always refer to them by their number and not their name when Im being critical of a player online. I dont know if it changes too much but I feel like Im being more analytical of them as a football player and not as a 19-22 year old kid.

The same value bullies get out of it in school. When you're miserable there's satisfaction in making others miserable as well. And the relative anonymity of social media removes the negative social impact of that behavior. It's basically a drug for some people.

I sit around a lot of miserable Canes fans at the games. They need negativity like they need air.
 
The word kid gets thrown around way too easy. If you’re referring to like 17-18 year old freshman then ok. Otherwise these are young adults, and some of them aren’t that young. Toure is like 24/25 years old.

It’s just weird that a guy who is 21 or 22 in the NFL is never referred to as a kid, but a guy who’s 24 in CFB still gets that label.
 
Personal attacks are never ok. But attacking his play is now fair game. He’s paid and plenty of fans help pay that salary with donations to the collective. This is now a job. Nobody gets mad at a company or a boss that tells his employee he’s not good enough and/or fires them, Welcome to the new world of college football the players wanted.

He should stay off social media.

But holy ******* **** I cannot even begin to imagine the embarrassment I would feel as a man to tweet or message or contact SJ, or any other player on the team, to talk negatively to them. I would beat the everloving **** out of my kid if I ever found out he was doing some sorry *** **** like this. If you or anyone you know does stuff like this, remind yourself or them that they are a stain on society and to be better. Pathetic, repulsive behavior for an adult male.
