The only thing I would say to that is, does it make sense for Mario to know his own answer if he doesn't know the AD? If you were in his position would you say yes without knowing that? He may be in a position that he's expressed interest depending on the AD hire.

That's the thing about this whole process that is still perplexing me. With Mario and Kiffin on the line how do you manage that without telling them who the AD will be?

I agree. I hope in an odd way they know who the AD is going to be and they just plan to announce both at the same time. It's way too late in the game to announce an AD and then have the new AD say he/she needs to review things to make a decision in the direction of the head coach.
