There is talent on this team. It is good enough to win the Coastal.
That is all that needs to be focused upon. That goal is in reach.

Actually it’s a good start but to catch up to the real blue bloods we must win every game this year and then shock the ncaa approved South Carolina Cheaters.

So after 7 months all you can ***** about is the o line. Buddy that doesn't fix itself overnight. I see a completely new and agressive coaching staff, when was the last time we had that. I see guys that are starting to look like savages. I see a real sense of energy and responsibility. I dont know if we beat the gates or not, but I do feel optimistic about the future of this program. Its been a while since ive had that.

So two years ago you didn’t have it after DESTROYING Notre dame and Virginia tech and our ranking in top 5?

So you sit here and bash our team from I'm sure practice reports unless you're at these practices every day and tell us the Turds will probably beat us yet you don't tell us why. What have the Turds shown you in practice that leads you to believe they will win? They have huge question marks on their team that play into the strength of our team. So next time put a little substance in your prediction so people can actually take you seriously.

So like one of the posters said "post less".

Absolutely didn’t read entire post did you? Poor reading comprehension as well!! We suck up front soft as **** and that dictates all we can do against the best of the best. UF is going to dominate the line of scrimmage and our DT’s are not what we all think they are. Want proof? Watch Pinstripe Bowl and you’ll see what I’m talking about. We don’t have a problem maker at the DT spot which means they will run heavy on us all game and take the clock and throw in some play action crap that turds will say equates to Franks being a Heisman hopeful.

Theres no proof that the OL is soft, they are holding their own against our DL who are very talented, especially the first team. Besides Nelson, I am pretty sure every other OL is normal size, so ur just spouting bs. You must have not been on this site very long, becuase there have been plenty of discussions in this board that show how Richts offensive scheme put our OL at a disadvantage. Just by scheme alone the OL can be better than last year. And I'm confident that with whoever we start at qb they will be better than the qb performance from last year.

Well like many greats have said in the past “it’s not about the x’s and o’s...it’s the johnnies and joes” and we don’t have what you need to win a ring right now.

is not so promising after just 5 practices and the issues that plagued CMR schematically on the offense side of the ball are still there. For instance, the OL is so below the level of a top tier Power 5 Blue Blood Program that a true FR is playing left tackle for us. Now granted, as the absolute diehard and homer that I am I do remember a youngster from TX named Andy Fox but from what I have seen at the last two practices Zion is no Andy Fox. To be more specific, the only guy I see playing at the next level from this group is Donaldson and at best he is a second day take for an NFL franchise. Then at QB its the same issues and although on paper there is more talent from this current trio, Tate has to be better than Rosier, he still has done nothing at the highest level of college football and continues to throw ducks all over the field and cannot hit a man in stride on a crossing pattern. No matter what scheme you want to run if the guys upfront look like chicken shi! instead of chicken salad you cant win consistently at this level of football as execution will be exactly what we have seen the last few years which is the epitome of inconsistency.

This reality will impact the defense and as the season goes they will get worn out once again. My "HOMER" goggles convinces me that our depth at just about every position on that side of the ball is much improved but the LB position cannot afford any injuries whatsoever if we are gonna be on the field over sixty percent of the game. Some may argue that we have a punter now and my explanation is once again we have a liability there as for every good punt I have seen its been followed by 3 bad ones and to add to the mix he is now day to day. He's gotta be brought in and fine tuned as there is no need for him to get hurt doing all the things real players do. His positional and hang time work has been better than his deep work which at times has been unacceptable. So in summary TNM looks a lot like the old MIAMI and at best we win 8 games and I predict the TURDS will win in week zero and that absolutely will suck to start my football season. No matter what happens this year or the nest I'll always pay my $200.00 a month for our tickets and cheer on my CANES just praying that somehow some way the glory days will return to my beloved 305.
Don't ever post again.

I think your the only one who is talking about whether we can win a championship right now. The goal for this year is to go to the ACCCG and compete, and win a NY6 bowl game, which is very attainable.

Coaching changes makes all the difference, everyone has been saying how bad Searles was, and we replaced him, offensive line has been getting some actual coaching, and it will take some time to mesh, but will be fine, we are very young, and I have a hard time believing we will he dominated on the line by Florida. We will be just fine

With what OL are the Gayturds going to destroy our DL. You have no freaking clue what you're talking about.

Well prove me wrong using your words then...if the OL is soft and the QB is average at best how we gonna beat a loaded box consistently?

They did lose 4 starters no doubt but they have more experienced younger guys than we do which are bigger and stronger and smarter. Their DL is not perfect either but all their kids been in the same system for a while and they just whipped Jimmy in Bowl game and YES they are ahead of us.

Well you lose to UF we lose top recruits which includes current commits. Mullen is a year ahead of Manny and it shows big time. If you don’t believe me look at the lines from Vegas.
