How is it a "farce"? Only some idiot expecting a complete turnaround of the program from mediocre to playoff caliber in one offseason would make such a claim. Any reasonable person who knows anything about...well...anything, knows it will take a few seasons to progress to where we want to be.

This reality will impact the defense and as the season goes they will get worn out once again. My "HOMER" goggles convinces me that our depth at just about every position on that side of the ball is much improved but the LB position cannot afford any injuries whatsoever if we are gonna be on the field over sixty percent of the game. Some may argue that we have a punter now and my explanation is once again we have a liability there as for every good punt I have seen its been followed by 3 bad ones and to add to the mix he is now day to day. He's gotta be brought in and fine tuned as there is no need for him to get hurt doing all the things real players do. His positional and hang time work has been better than his deep work which at times has been unacceptable. So in summary TNM looks a lot like the old MIAMI and at best we win 8 games and I predict the TURDS will win in week zero and that absolutely will suck to start my football season. No matter what happens this year or the nest I'll always pay my $200.00 a month for our tickets and cheer on my CANES just praying that somehow some way the glory days will return to my beloved 305.

So you sit here and bash our team from I'm sure practice reports unless you're at these practices every day and tell us the Turds will probably beat us yet you don't tell us why. What have the Turds shown you in practice that leads you to believe they will win? They have huge question marks on their team that play into the strength of our team. So next time put a little substance in your prediction so people can actually take you seriously.

So like one of the posters said "post less".

Well I went to all the spring scrimmages and the two open practices. As a whole we do look bigger and stronger and quicker but talent wise upfront we still are the same and under center it’s the same.

Yeah like the last 15 seasons hasn’t been enough time. We don’t have the horses to be elite but we can be above average which in this business gets you fired.

Two years ago we were a 10-win team. Last year if our offense were even marginally better we likely would have been a 10-win team. Given that ANY QB that wins the battle this year will be at least better than last year's situation, and the fact that we have an offensive coordinator who will not have an offensive gameplan that makes no sense and actually accentuates the weakness of the o-line...I see no reason we wouldn't be on the track to improving.

Theres no proof that the OL is soft, they are holding their own against our DL who are very talented, especially the first team. Besides Nelson, I am pretty sure every other OL is normal size, so ur just spouting bs. You must have not been on this site very long, becuase there have been plenty of discussions in this board that show how Richts offensive scheme put our OL at a disadvantage. Just by scheme alone the OL can be better than last year. And I'm confident that with whoever we start at qb they will be better than the qb performance from last year.

Every one of our OL that will start on 8/24 were higher rated than the starting OL the Gayturds will start on 8/24. So the question is who has the better DL and who gets more pressure. The answer is pretty obvious.

No, we're not "strong upfront"...but we are STRONGER than last year. We also can expect better play calling that doesn't accentuate the weakness like last year's inexplicable offensive scheme did. We also will have a QB that should be at the minimum a small improvement over last year, and likely at least a solid improvement. Combine that with our defense, and you have a solid season, likely 10 wins. That's called progress. That's what we are looking towards, not becoming Clemson overnight.

Funny, I didn't realize Manny and Enos had been with UM for 15 seasons already! As for "the horses", you don't get the horses all at once. You build.

Look in the mirror and be honest; might this doom and gloom have something to do with last night's debates?

Well my psycho friend I was sent an interesting message about you a few weeks back regarding your constant bashing of my opinions here. They mentioned you had a fake avatar and that you are a regular at Jackson’s psych ward via countless Baker Acts. They also mentioned that you go to games and just roam from one tailgate to the next mooching off others and in the end a few people have taken pity on you and given you a free ticket or two. One of them even took you in with him and you took his picture on your flip phone and used his pic as your avatar on all your social media sites which you utilize while making your daily visit to local library. In short pleas leave me alone and NO I don’t do any canesites other than this site which I just recently joined.

Nah wish it was to be honest here and the last 7 months have been good from a physical standpoint but skill wise and upfront we still soft as ****.
