Im pretty sure Steele was hired away from Maryland yes. Does it happen, occasionally. But Mario was pretty new on the job during the Steele situation, but that’s not the case now. If Mario really wanted Jeff Scott then he would of hired him/ he wouldn’t of taken the clemson job. Jeff Scott is not gonna be a cane
