When we think about the Mount Rushmore of elite UM linebackers Shaq won't make the cut.

He's been ok to good. 4-5th round pick type. He looks a little slow even with the lost weight. By no means has Shaq been bad, just given the hype it's understandable fans expected a little more

Shaq is solid.

Nowhere near deserving of the hype hes gotten here and nationally.

Not a game changer or difference maker.
 
Devin White, Roquan Smith and Tremaine Edmunds are a different level because of their speed. I agree with that.

But he is still a really good college LB, national championship caliber.

Question... Are any of our young LB’s or any LB recruits in the pipeline, made from that some mold (D. White, R. Smith, or Edmunds)? Would love to see that type of speed at LB back at the U!
 
The same coaches that prop up Blowsier, Knowless, and Mahoney are the same coaches that prop up Shaq.
