I wish we just find a coach that gameplans on offense to attack teams weaknesses and on defense take away teams best players and plays that can at least recruit speed again names to me means nothing just get a person who fits that profile and has actual experience as a head coach to prove it would be nice for this program can they ty that

Would be a solid hire, I think his next stint will look at lot like Mario's second stint. He definitely should be on the list. Mario, Kiffin, Freeze, Napier, Chadwell, Herman, and a few others.

I like Herman. Good offensive mind and part of his problem was poor defensive coaching. He kind of fixed it his last year when he hired Chris Ash but too little, too late.
