Ed Reed's CoS role.Was this Zo's former position that's been vacant since he left? Or is he replacing someone I'm not familiar with? TY in advance
I'll see myself out.

Recruiting background, NFL scouting background, Poly connect, west coast coast connect, Vegas (hopefully keeps the Bishop Gordon pipeline)..... Played and coached on field before moving to GM position at lower level. Will now work under in a support role under Taylor Edwards here. I dont see the problem or why your panties are in such a bunch.
I don’t think those are important enough connections to hire someone for thatHe's being brought in to be a Poly connection and help with recruiting internationally. It's not like he's being handed the keys to the entire recruiting operation. Just a piece of the puzzle. Not to mention the guy has worked his way up the ranks, from high school coaching, to college, to NFL involvement.
Its more so about the line of thinking that goes into it..I don’t think we should be caring about a poly and international connection enough to hire someone for thatMy dude, plenty of things to rightfully complain about within this program right now but this isn’t one of them lol. He is one small piece of a puzzle. This is about relationships and connections, nothing more and nothing less. There is literally zero downside to bringing him on. It aint that big of a deal.
Pretty sure that is not the only reason he was hired but is just something that he can do on top of his other recruiting department duties.Its more so about the line of thinking that goes into it..I don’t think we should be caring about a poly and international connection enough to hire someone for that
Curious. Where is the connection coming from?Here's what caught my eye: when he worked for the NFL, he not only recruited Samoa, but also Polys as far away as New Zealand. Maybe we start getting rugby players like Jordan Mailata out of high school. Misipeka played both pro football and pro rugby.
I have to disagree on that. Poly areas produce some stud athletes. It's been shown many times that if you don't have a Poly staff member or someone that has those relationships in the Poly communities, you are going to struggle getting those types of players.I don’t think those are important enough connections to hire someone for that
A “international recruiter” from Hawaii university thats gonna be working in nil engagement bro lol..Dmoney talking about rugby players..What makes this good is the better question

100% need salary cap guru.The next hire should be someone with NFL experience with Salary Cap with revenue sharing coming up
Also, think there will be a time to bring in Recruiting for Offense and Defense??
And buttsI know from years of watching professional wrestling that your Pacific Islanders have extraordinarily thick skulls and are impervious to pain
A++++
sounds like this big joe homie he told mario to bring on since he was leaving.

And Mine us a Poly kid a class im good.
Kind wish this kid would stick around longer to develop some more. size n frame wise he had it.

it's not what you know........but who you know...Getting someone from Hawaii university to be a GM for a poly connection and rugby players? Are we serious? This seems like a mediocre hire
