Which means Mario failed. Every moment Gattis is employed, we are failing.
Whether Mario fires Gattis today or waits until after the season, his next OC is the same guy. Passing game coordinator and QB coach Frank Ponce.

I know some here think anybody would be better than Gattis. But there's no way Ponce, as a former OC and current PGC, has no input in the offense whatsoever. And what does everyone here agree on? That Ponce's QB is underperforming and the passing game isn't scheming guys open.

I'm not even trying to blame Ponce for this disaster. But this **** CAN get a lot worse than Gattis. ****.. we're a Satterfield Louisville firing away from getting Mario's FIU offense back together.

People think they're ****ed now? Just wait until the homeboy OC of an unfireable HC takes over at the position.

Horrible passing game so far, but I'll give Gattis a few more games see how the offense passing game looks with Garcia, hope he lights it up so it helps with recruiting
Giving up on Gattis now would not help in the search of the next OC. You can’t give up on someone that early.

Our system is what is for now. Unless Gattis is going to overhaul his whole O to fit TVD this late in the game they need to turn the reigns over to Garcia. MC will know how much it is the system or if it’s just a terrible TVD fit. I’m personally not a fan of the O but I will say TVD has missed a lot of open guys in moments that mattered. He also had some drops to his defense. I just think Jake gives us a better chance in how this offense is run and the way he passes the ball.

I (used to) give up on women after the first date if I didn't smash. Paying someone not to coach, and paying someone else to coach should be somewhat simpler. But I just compared apples to Brussel sprouts, so there is a 50% change I'm wrong.
