If things go well this week it’ll be called the “ spank bank“ going forward.

Bringing back a classic with this reply :)

I'd never thought about this, but it makes sense. Olaus is surely here on an F (student) visa. He can't get OPT as a high school student, and he can only get work related to his major course of study on OPT. I don't see where he would qualify for employment authorization, unless he can claim eco

He can't get OPT as a high school student, and he can only get work related to his major course of study on OPT. I don't see where he would qualify for employment authorization, unless he can claim economic hardship, which would seem a tough sell. The obvious solution is to be an $EC school and just pay him under the table.
But did We offer our Punter and one DT international NIL?

It was discussed in relation to Lou Hedley. Can't pay US NIL money to non-US-citizens.

There are work-arounds, both legal (as LW did with Lou) and illegal.

EDIT: and I hope this goes without saying, but a foreign individual who desires a long-term residency in the US is probably well-advised not to break any laws prior to being granted citizenship or permanent residency...but I'll let my immigration attorney brethren respond to that one themselves...
I am an Immigration Attorney and if someone would kindly provide me with Olaus Alinen's number I will advise him to go to Miami.

I mean, it IS a fast track...to deportation...but when has an SEC school ever done anything to risk the future of one of its players?

Just get me Bryant at LB to pair with Aguirre and any two of Alinen, Kirkland and Kinsler at OT to go with Mauigoa and Tinilau (and eventually Samson) and I'm good.

Would absolutely love Bonsu in the secondary (not getting my hopes up for Aguero), but after we address the above I'm all about the DL to be honest.

Best part is the Florida part

Yes of course this week is huge and not downplaying this next month or two…but I want to see them collapse and the pieces are falling into place for a long cold night
Especially because they aren't even a year into things and are on the hook for a ridiculous buyout. So they either have to pay his buyout, buy another coach out, and then pay a similar salary (doubtful) or they are stuck for a few years.

The Gators are feeling desperate with their class and making reckless, naive moves in South Florida. Many are skeptical of Florida's staff and their occasionally amateurish approach.

Can you expand on this please?
Quite simple really: Gators are fucc
