Comparing because they play the same position with similar measurable. Not just because they are both white/ light skin Hispanics.

I think Lopez can tear it up in our offense.

Unless there's an addition/subtraction situation going on.
Take a .9980 and a .9967 guy off of 1 team, and put them on another...

Will it happen?
Odds are no...but who knows.

Also...
There's some keen eyes out in the recruiting service world where they can
identify talent down to a 10,000th of a point.

No doubt. I don’t get too wrapped up in the rankings. I care more about average recruit ranking that overall class ranking but then same time our 2023 avg recruit was higher than 2024 (even though 2024 was ranked higher) and that’s not playing out well for us

We are taking a lot of developmental OL as well those guys always drag down the average ranking

I’ve got faith in our OL coaching of course but we need to see some of those lower ranked kids from 2023 and 2024 contribute. 2022 was kind of wild basically 2 of our lowest ranked recruits have contributed most (Cooper and McCoy)

Plus we know the recruiting services are biased anyway so ultimately everything is a grain of salt

I think Alabamas 2023 statistically was one of the best recruiting classes of all time but a few years later and they miss the playoffs

Facts! I’m gonna say it I don’t care what anyone thinks, beard is a subpar, Recruiter, plain and simple. He can develop good, not great but good. So at the end of the day, he’s a good developer and a subpar Recruiter, which makes him just an OK wide receivers coach. Mario has a decision in off-season, What he wants out of that room, it’s very rare to find a guy that can do both at a top level. To me, I believe your wide receiver Coach needs to be a recruiter first in foremost. That’s just my opinion.

Seatbelt isn't a kid we would usually land in the recent past. And if we close on Jennings thats a very nice W too. Obviously most of our major S targets haven't announced anything outside of Fitzpatrick so remains to be seen. If we close the secondary recruiting with Jennings, Stewart, and D. Jackson I consider that a VERY good haul on the borders of elite work done.

I thought that site was his composite. My bad. I just saw you have to actually click on the players name to get composite. I picked 247 cause they do have the composite rankings.

I like who we have. Most of the complaints come from a ratings stand point and not landing the 5 stars. I also agree it would be a great haul
