It's not even close right now according to the composite ratings though. On3 Composite has the average top10 WRs rated as:
2024 - 97.848 ... 7 guys rated 97 or above
2025 - 96.91 ... 5 guys rated 97 or above
2026 - 95.291 ... only 1 guy rated 97 or above
Though I think maybe everyone is just holding the WRs classes to the 24 standard, which was excellent. If you eliminate 24, this years class is probably in the same ballpark as 25, 23, 22, 21, etc.
You are comparing preseason rankings to post season rankings while trying to prove a point. Highly stupid, but understandable. It's not even close right now according to the composite ratings though. On3 Composite has the average top10 WRs rated as:

We’re going to end up in the 6-10 range with two 5* guys. Would normally be a really good haul but definitely falling flat of the hyped up possible #1 nonsense that was thought possible.
Why are we talking about June rankings in comparison?I'll go one further, and for the record this never made sense to me, but every year, 247 ranks 32 kids as 5-stars. They say they do it to mimic the NFL draft, as their Top 32 (aka the 5-stars) are the "first round". To me, you grade every kid. One year there might be 50 5-stars, another year there might be 25. But again, this is how they do it. The top 32 get 5-stars, then the 4-stars start at 33.
This year, in the Top 32, aka the first-round, 247 has three Wide Receivers. Keys, Morgan, and Russell.
In 2025, they had four.
In 2024, they had seven.
So of the last few classes, it's the most "down" year IN THE EYES OF 247.
If this really was the NFL draft, the "experts" would be saying it's a light WR draft. Much like QB in 2025. I think all the Draftnik's would tell you, Cam would not have been the #1 pick if he were in the 2024 draft. And I think only 2 QBs went in the whole first round in 2025? Whereas six went in the first 12 picks in 2024.

Well... The cross on the face, the private school look, and maybe a few other factors your catchingWhite?
Not to mention that Lopez is a lot and I mean a lot faster than Restrepo.Good write up… sounds like we’re holding cooper as another in the bag momentum boost if/when we lose out on Russel or Johnson elsewhere
Locking in Lopez for me seals the Spafford deal.. local kid who might not have the top end speed of spafford but another Restrepo type dog you gotta have to get the dirty work done.
Really would hope we see some more commitments after these visits and put the pressure on the Keys and Browns of the class
Good thing 247 never get their rankings wrong...I'll go one further, and for the record this never made sense to me, but every year, 247 ranks 32 kids as 5-stars. No, and he never was and you should’ve known that from the beginning. But the other number one defensive tackle right in our backyard looks like he is going to be part of our class, so we can at least be happy about that.So the DT from Louisiana isn’t picking Miami or just nothing new to report there?
They also didn't have 7 WRs ranked as 5* a year ago. Even in WRs are so called down from a year ago who tf cares. Their is plenty of high end talent this year... That is a terrible rabbit hole to go down. What are the ratings based on?
Why are we talking about June rankings in comparison?
If someone can talk about Lopez without saying “Restrepo” I’ll Venmo you $10Why? This comment made me go back and look at Lopez‘s tape. I never watched it. Comparing Lopez junior highlights to Restrepo Junior highlights, Lopez is way better. I don’t know. I mean I don’t know what I’m missing, but we should be trying to sign this dude quick.
Looking at Restrepo junior film, he almost doesn’t look like a take. Lopez made a ton more plays. Restrepo is stronger, but Lopez is shiftier. Way more plays with the ball thrown downfield.
Good thing 247 never get their rankings wrong...

Just my opinion though I’m wrong a lot
In all seriousness if you say a kid is too small it’s just gonna be “RESTREPO” for the end of days
