That makes sense and there will be some to grab.Miami will add a big body or two in the Portal in addition to Gore.

JIC, Portal opens up again Spring, so we may have more opportunities then. But yeah, that’s a concern.Amazing update except DT. None of it matters unless we can pressure the QB. Gore is a complimentary piece, we need 2-3 dudes.
Need some DTs!I would like us to hit the portal hard for dline after this initial portal window and signing day
Stick to your stupid *** 15-0 shtickWe’re in trouble at DT.
Big trouble.
Yes he isIsn’t Hussey a safety? We need safeties,no?
As I read the update, I immediately thought DuBose could be our WR1.I cannot even begin to state how big of an improvement these two would be compared to what we have.
Dubose could have easily gone for the draft with his play. Seems like they like the new OC.
He’s been my favorite WR in the portal. He’s a certain WR1.As I read the update, I immediately thought DuBose could be our WR1.
Nope. LTIII and Joe make the DT position one of the best in the nation. You know why.
timeline wise, is this look about right?
so we may hear from gore today
tunmise announces in an hour and that's not going our way
conrad, derek williams, and damari are all announcing tomorrow
thornton taking visits in january
Or DT??we are trying to take a lot of corners. Any chances any of them will play at safety?
I think tummies is 11 central time, so noon on the east coasttimeline wise, does this look about right?

Here is the latest on Early Signing Day eve:
- I like Miami for CB Damari Brown (American Heritage) and DB Conrad Hussey (St. Thomas Aquinas). Hussey projects as a nickel CB. I also like Miami for DB Edwin Joseph (Chaminade).
- Miami may add another Portal name at CB if it's the right one, but it is also possible they roll with an extreme infusion of youth and talent. Cormani McClain (CB Lakeland) and Robert Stafford (Eau Gallie) are here in spring.
- I think it's Michigan State for Portal DE Tunmise Adeleye.
- While it has been quiet, I still expect LB Francisco Mauigoa (Wazzu transfer) in this class.
- As reported last week in the Bank, if TE Reid Mikeska (Houston) flips to South Carolina, watch Miami with Oregon transfer TE Moliki Matavao.
- I still believe Miami takes three Portal WRs. Miami is in a good spot with Dont'e Thornton (Oregon transfer). Grant DuBose (Charlotte transfer) is working hard to get a waiver so he can transfer without graduating. As mentioned last week, he already used his one-time transfer. If he gets it, strong chance he joins this class for spring. I would expect Miami to land one more in addition to those two, with the focus on a legit #1.
- I like Miami for Georgia State DT Thomas Gore.
- Miami is still working on Florida commits Jakeem Jackson (Osceola) and Sharif Denson (Bartram Trail) until the buzzer rings.
- The big name to watch is S Derek Williams (Texas commit from NOLA). Texas wants him to sign early. If he pushes his commitment back, Miami will be heavily in play.
Wiltfong said we are still trying to flip Hykeem and Micah so that probably eliminates themAgain the WR I just wonder who this is
Ima be honest. I’m good on Hykeem. Gives me Ermon Lane vibesWiltfong said we are still trying to flip Hykeem and Micah so that probably eliminates them
