Leavitt is going to be expensive. He has CFP experience and was viewed as a possible 1st round pick this year. Same with Sellers. This is common sense. Give me Bailey."Bailey would be cheaper than Leavitt"
Honest question....what makes you say that?
What data are you basing that on?
JKS is at least a top 15 qb in the nation. He’s the most pro ready qb with some of the throws he makes. He even has some dimes but they get dropped. Hes staying at cal, he flipped from Oregon he doesn’t want that Nike check.
Leavitt would be better off on a team like OU where the offense would fit him like a glove. Dawson's offense places a premium on passing and accuracy as opposed to having an athlete at QB you can run 10 times a game to create more conflict.Leavitt will go wherever his coach is hired. This is all cap not buying this
Beck is top 5? in country for completion % and has a higher % than Cam. Who’s the better QB?Completion percentage is one of the most misleading stats to judge QB play by.
It's easy to complete at a high % when all you're doing is dinking & dunking.
Or when a receiver was drops a passCompletion percentage is one of the most misleading stats to judge QB play by.

Beck has always been a very accurate passer. His issue is throwing to the wrong team when he does throw’s incompletions which is why I was hesitant on taking him. Thats why you need to look at the entire pie not just one stat. But completion % is a part of the pie. Yes there’s exceptions of guys playing in easy read air raid offenses but I’ll always want a guy with a high completion percentage. College or pro.Beck is top 5? in country for completion % and has a higher % than Cam. Who’s the better QB?
We make this **** harder than it has to be
Hey brah I don’t normally post in threads like these because of so many QB variables that will come into play the closer you get to portal seasonCompletion percentage is one of the most misleading stats to judge QB play by.

Are you asking which is the better QB based on completion % stats or the talent and team impact?Beck is top 5? in country for completion % and has a higher % than Cam. Who’s the better QB?

Crazy if anybody thinks Bailey is better than this guy.
another left handed Hawaiian quarterback in Miami?
****
NO
****
NO
plus Miami has never had a successful left handed quarterback
Does Bailey even want to transfer?? And would he come here after we didnt recruit him.... broadcast last week made it seem like he hates us now
I’m looking at the throws. Could care less about their rb or receiver. He had Cam Skatteboo and a projected 1st round WR with a good playcaller in Dillingham. He done less with more. Skatteboo was the heart and soul of that team. He led their comeback versus Texas, not Leavitt.
Leavitt is more twitched up and a better athlete than Bailey but Bailey is a better passer. For those who've watched, how do you compare mobility of Leavitt vs. Bailey?
Just from reading this post …pass on buddyI like Leavitt a lot, but he had a Lisfranc injury in October that required surgery the first week of November. That would put his initial six-month recovery up to about the first week of May. That would give him four more months to the start of the season to get to full recovery. He would definitely not be available for spring football, and I think he would still be pretty limited in summer camp. Lisfranc injury with surgery can take up to 12 months to return to full athletic activities. That would be a concern to me if we are banking on his full participation for the season. Would he be in sync with the receivers at the start of the season, even if he was fully recovered by then? The medical staff needs to be very thorough on this one.
