Kaboom Baby ...

The venom needs to be directed at the administration.

Attacking Diaz and staff is pointless.

Rinse and repeat. Fans get fed up, attack Schemes, style, leadership of Head Coaches. Create toxic environment. Nothing changes. Administration puts lipstick on the pig.

We did it 2006.

We did it in 2010.

We did it in 2014.

We did it in 2018.

Also find it interesting that Blake has been nowhere to be found this entire week. Something is up for sure
And how would you even know this to be true? It’s not like he has a regular media hit that he missed. Most weeks forever the average person here would have no idea of his whereabouts.

Think you’re grasping at straws on this specific point

ESPN and they’re stake in ACC network spent a decent amount of resources making content about the U this year. They can’t be happy we suck.

And for the ACC network going forward you know they want and probably need FSU and Miami both to be where they’re supposed to be.

...because of that, dreams of an experienced P5/NFL caliber coach coming here and reestablishing dominance will remain a dream. Nobody coming here because they don't want douchelips McJames as their boss.

So let's put to bed threads about Mario C. or Urban or whoever else. Herbie is right. It don't matter the coach, the problems with athletics goes higher than the coach.
They’ve won 5 NCs with a borderline hostile administration. But they need a new AD, or a separate head of football operations, which they had ready to come aboard… until the HC refused.

There’s a few people there who’ve pushed to fix it.

The President and BOT’s are the cancer. Blake and Díaz are the side effects.

He hasn't tweeted in 10 days and he's usually fairly active on social media. I don't think i'm grasping at straws

The new ACC commissioner has already said this. Specifically spoke about Miami not holding their end of the bargain with regards to football, during ACC media days. If things don’t change I wouldn’t be surprised Miami’s contract doesn’t get renewed.

God bless them for trying to help us. This will make it shake more than message boards, alums, or even donors. Negative press and Blake James and Julio Frenk's incompetence brought to light. Say what you want, Barry Jackson's article was helpful. It clearly triggered people by the blatant and willful neglect this school has shown in all things, athletics and academics. Blow it up and rebuild. I get we all want to win now but honestly, I'm willing to wait a few years if we bring in an AD and a head coach who is willing to invest in the program and COMMIT to excellence. We've waited for 15 years, what's a couple more years if it means getting this turned around permanently with the right people in place....

Herbie is 1000% correct. The administration does not care at all about the athletic department. It will not change until there is a change with the President/ADs office. The ACC may have been one of the worst things for The U, as the University just took the money and didn’t invest back into the athletic programs. All big 3 sports have become less than marginal. And we won’t be able to get the top coaches when they know there is no support from the top. Just glad I was a kid watching The U in its heyday!
