Agreed; just think of the state of the program last season, w/ Coach L’s tenure in dire straights. No one expected this Miami team to do anything, yet here they were, going blow for blow w/ a prohibitive favorite to win this whole thing. The T.O’s got to them in the 2nd half, & the snowball effect happened, but that doesn’t discount a wonderful, magical season The U had.

What a run in the NCAA tournament for the men’s basketball program. Here’s hoping that kids will want to come down to play for Coach L and the Canes who are highly rated. Could mean the start of something special for upcoming years if we can capitalize on this amazing run. So proud of the team for making it to the Elite Eight, even in the loss it’s great to be a Miami Hurricane!!!

For anyone that watched this team in December, the thought of even making it to March was absurd. This was incredibly fun. I’m so proud of these guys and to be a fan of this team. I hope this sets the tone to propel us into the next level of college basketball. Helluva run!
