They had the one year where they beat USC with a once in a generation quarterback talent that absolutely went off in the game. Probably one of the greatest single game performances I have ever seen. Almost won that game single-handedly

I don't know about evals unless you are determining which 5 star you want lol. Recruiting wise the key I think is they are just dominant at the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball constantly. Then, sprinkle in sugar and spice of the chinese 5-spice I mean star variety.
