But honestly sounds like the kid didnt do anything besides speed. They could have been sticklers about the joint, but nowadays it would be ridiculous to prosecute for that just to get the gun charge. (Constitutionally Legal in texas for a 21 year old to have holstered gun as long as no accompanying offenses).

I guess that's how the CSPD decided this year to help motivate Texas A& M receivers reduce/eliminate dropped catches.
