Texas A&M thread

Their defense gave up a lot of points to good offenses. Texas, Arkansas, ND all had great days. South Carolina was awesome for a half.

Now, all of those teams have mobile quarterbacks. We need to be able to run the football.

Counterpoint: TAMU looked hella strong mid-season. Klein will call plays this game. I've read the reviews on Reed's inconsistency, but this is still a good team. To play the comp-game, they're like SMU with a better defense, and 2 NFL WRs. I'm glad we're getting several injured players back.
My initial thought is that they're like a Souped-up SMU. I don't think they're the best matchup for us stylistically but ultimately TAMU is a loser program that will fold on the big stage - Canes in a close one.

Great match up for us regarding the team and weather. I live in Houston about 1 hour away from college station and can’t wait to see this live. If we get the Beck from the last three weeks along with aggressive offensive mentality we win. Aggies are there to be had. They did not play a tough SEC track. I think we win 31-17.

They are good on 3rd and long so we can't have the OL false starting b/c of crowd noise.

Otherwise I would be worried about busts because Reed ran around and made something happen after the initial play was properly defended.

aTm allows explosive runs so time for Pringle to show out.
