Tebow bad arm but won games....

Tim Tebow was not the only leader in that team. He damne sure wasn’t the only dynamic playmaker. The U was great because we had all time talent and leadership. It wasn’t one way and not the other..if the OP had used Cam Newton tho I’d agree more. But Tate **** sure ain’t cam Newton

we have enough talent to win. We don’t have leadership on that field.

Hate Tebow but the guy did win. For the life of me idk why even when I saw him play on tv it was ugly.
When we’re dreaming of Tebow you know the season is dark here

Fúck Timmy Teblow.

One thing I always notice is most Canes fans who love Tebow are usually from Gaytor territories in Northern & Central Florida.
Nah Broward was riding that Tebow/gator train also sadly. They had a couple of Broward County kids on that roster. And you know how bandwagon South Florida is when it comes to Florida teams

Lmao..enough talent to win what exactly?? I AGREE on the leadership part. One player doesn’t fix that. That’s a culture thing. Multiple guys are needed throughout a football locker room. The NCAA sold ppl that it was just Tebow. But you had multiple alpha dogs on that roster. That’s why when those upperclassmen from 06/07 left UF fell off and lost games their “talent” said they should win

Tebow played in that urban meyer offense that doesn't require the qb to be a great passer. Look at the success meyer had with miller at osu and he is a worse passer than tebow.

Maybe, and I might be going out on a limb here, we could learn a thing or two from an Urban Meyer offense.

Enough talent to win the coastal, beat FIU, beat GT, UNC, and VT. It isn’t even close. We just have no leaders who care enough to rally the team. Our guys care more about their social media highlights

I’m not sure what the fascination with Martell is

Then what are you sure of? I'm not saying Martell is the answer but in a year where we are 6-5 with schitzophrenic QB play from both 1 & 2 on the depth chart, it is almost criminal negligence that this 5-star QB transfer has not even attempted a pass here all season. Instead they keep putting in the guy who was previously benched for poor play. Also a complete waste of a very fortuitous and rare NCAA ruling that allowed him to play. There is no reason or excuse for him not to have thrown a pass all year up to this point. None aside from personal ideology of the offensive coaching staff.

WTF. Talk about missing the point.

How do you know that the offense wouldn't have been more effective with Martell?
1. Because the oline sucks
2. the spring game. Martell didn’t impress me as a passer. Although he performed best out of the mediocre bunch
3. I was team Tate from the get. Fact is jarren was the better QB
4. Y’all did the same thing with kaaya. Same thing with Rosier. Now your doing it with jarren.
5. He couldn’t beat out N’Kosi. That told me all I needed from him as a thrower

how much more effective do u think tate would realistically make this personnel on offense.

First, Tate was not a 5star. 2nd jarren has been the best option..Tate couldn’t beat out 5..and I was team Tate from the go

*you're

You are putting all of your faith in the decision making abilities of the coaches.

We'll never know if he never sees the field. There's no defense for him not getting burn during a 5+ loss season with up and down QB play. The OL sucks so the most mobile QB on the roster wouldn't be a good fit back there? Huh? The spring game? lol ok He couldn't beat out N'Kosi? Rosseau couldn't beat out Patchan either, until he saw the field and the staff's evaluation failure was exposed. None of your reasons make sense. I had no stake in who won the starting job at the beginning of the year. To not see what we have from Martell during a game is a joke.
