Mallory early in the season ran the 200m in 22.95 into a 1.5 mps head wind. Using the USTAFF calculator this equates to a 22.76 in no wind. Real good for a TE and this early in the year. In the past years he has been a 110m and 300m hurdler only.

In the same meet he started off the day by running the 110mH in 15.39 into a 1.9 mps headwind this equates to a time of 15.09 with no wind. His personal best last year in state championships where he finished third in his schools division was 14.99 with no wind so he is closing in his best in that event early in the year.

My personal favourite signee for the 18 class. I can't wait to see how his body develops. He's got the measureables you look for to become an elite prospect. With NFL bloodlines to boot.

Hartley.. best hire Richt made.

That’s not world class speed in the track world of course ( before the track “experts” chime in ), but it’s kind of freakish for a tight end, someone his size and recovering from injuries.

He will definitely present some matchup problems. Get him in here on a strength and nutrition program, put on some good weight, get him working on improving his blocking so we can increase his versatility and actuality bring him in as an in-line TE occasionally to mix it up, and boy oh boy, can we drive people crazy with multiple sets with him and Brevin. Either one or both can split out. Crazy.

This assumes the Nevada kid is as good as advertised, and Irvin can at least block...

Yep. I’m having a hard time thinking if a LB that can cover him. He has great football speed and instincts, and if we can get a QB that can get him the ball, he will do great things here.

Exactly, but as you said we are talking baller who can produce on the filed. That speed combined with his hands, athleticism, toughness and desire make him what he is.
