Sorting the Tables

The tables above can't be sorted by columns right now other than the default. However, you can copy the table into the clipboard and sort it yourself in Google Sheets or Excel.

Steps.

  1. Copy table into the clipboard
  2. Paste into Google Sheets
  3. Optionaly hightlight (i.e. bold) the column header (first row)
  4. Under the Data menu, select Sort, then advanced range sorting option
  5. Click on data has header row (i.e. the row you bolded in step 3)
  6. Select the column that will be the primary sort column (i.e. OV date, commit date etc.)
  7. Click on sort
  8. Profit

#1 TE in the country Ahmad Hudson was offered on January 23rd. Fully expecting him to be a target because Mario goes after all the top TEs & he plays on JL3 Elite for basketball.

Idk if he wants to play both sports in college. He has LSU, Houston & other basketball offers though

@DMoney in the 2/18 Bank

The tight end position remains a focus. In addition to DeMarcus DeRoche (Gibbons), who is committed, the Canes are pushing hard for Anthony Cartwright (Detroit, MI). Cartwright is a three-sport athlete (football, basketball, baseball) who also takes snaps at quarterback.

Thread 'The Bank (2/18)'

We're a few weeks away from spring unofficial visit season, which will kick recruiting into a new gear. Here's the latest I'm hearing:

- I don't expect this class to be as large as last year. It may be closer to 20 players than 30. The staff wants more natural attrition than forced roster movement, and they trusts their evaluations of the players already on the roster. The early returns on the 2027 class look strong.

- While he's picked up Oregon buzz, I expect Miami to make an aggressive run at QB Will Mencl (Chandler, AZ). He's originally from Broward and is someone Miami...

@DMoney in the 3/4 Bank

At tight end, DeMarcus DeRoche (Cardinal Gibbons) is committed and locked in. The Canes are pushing for Anthony Cartwright (Detroit, MI) as a legit 6'4, 240-pound body to complement leaner guys like DeRoche and Israel Briggs. Cartwright is also a three-sport athlete (football, baseball, basketball) who takes Wildcat snaps at quarterback.

The Bank (3/4)

Miami is gearing up for a huge recruiting event on 305 Day (March 5th), and the board is starting to clear up. Here are some names to watch as we gear up for a big spring: - The names to know at quarterback are Davin Davidson (Sarasota, FL), Will Mencl (Phoenix, AZ), Israel Abrams (Chicago, IL)...

@DMoney in the March 18, 2026 Bank.

The tight end situation is the same. DeMarcus DeRoche (Cardinal Gibbons) is committed and Anthony Cartwright (Detroit, MI) is a versatile, big-bodied target who brings something different to the room. There is still mutual interest with Jaxon Dollar (Charlotte, NC), who is an elite talent. There will be a heavy market there. On the current team, the Canes love the athleticism that Israel Briggs and Gavin Mueller are showing in workouts.

Thread 'The Bank (3/18)'

Recruiting is about to kick into high gear with a flurry of spring visits on deck. Here is the latest:

- There are three names to monitor at quarterback: Will Mencl (Chandler, AZ), Davin Davidson (Sarasota, FL) and Israel Abrams (Chicago, IL). Davidson has been on campus and Mencl and Abrams have visits on deck. It's still too early to call this one, as the visits are key and the QB position is always subject to dominoes falling at other schools. But these are the names in play right now.

- RB Myson Johnson-Cook (East St. Louis, IL) remains a monster priority and...

@DMoney from the 4/28 Bank

The Canes are looking for a second TE to pair with Demarcus DeRoche (Cardinal Gibbons). Things have cooled with Anthony Cartwright III (Detroit, MI) and Jaxon Dollar (Charlotte, NC) remains a longshot. One name to know- 6'5, 220-pounder Jordan Karhoff (Columbus, OH).

We're about to enter the heart of recruiting season for the next three months. Here is the latest from the Hecht:

- While Texas A&M should be considered the favorite, Miami remains in contact with OT Mark Matthews (St. Thomas Aquinas). The Canes are also in contact with OT Oluwasemilore Olubobola (Jersey City, NJ). Both of those situations could move fast.

- In terms of the big name guys, communication is particularly strong with CB Gabe Osborne (Oklahoma City, OK) and DT David Folorunsho (Chicago, IL).
