Taint vs texas

See, I had a hard time trying to figure out if it was the players, or the play calling. I settled on play calling....cause....what the actual **** were those plays? Took entirely too long to develop....into nothing, over and over again. Surprised there weren't more coverage sacks on Manning tbh.
The thing I noticed about Manning is that he lacks anticipation as a QB..it’s like he has to “see” it open to let it rip …on a lot of plays he had ALL day to throw but missed open guy after open guy because he locks in or predetermined where he wants to go w/ the ball instead of reading the defense and trusting it..he was a bit more decisive during the comeback..if you replaced Manning with Mensah tonight Texas scores 40+ on OSU

They weren't open. I kept trying to find excuses for him.....his receivers just weren't open. The plays were too deep, or they were covered well underneath. There was no creativity in the plays called. (IMO) And he DEFINITELY held the ball too long.....too **** often. I'm yelling at the TV for him to dump that ball, and he get's lit the eff up. Like bro, wtf are you doing?!

Jeremiah Smith is a monster.

People are spending too much time denigrating a great player. The real story is that he’s Ohio State’s whole team.

Who scares you on their roster besides #4? Jakobe Johnson was a backup for Napier and now he’s getting big carries for the Buckeyes. He’d be sixth-string here.

Idk bro even the announcers highlighted multiple plays where guys came open but Manning simply doesn’t process the game or knows what he’s seeing to take advantage of it..OSU defense isn’t that great this year compared to last year. But there was definitely some boneheaded play calling going on like those pointless end arounds to Ryan Wingo

No one....you're absolutely right. Without JS or even the threat of him, OSU is an above average B1G team. Their defense is in recovery mode. THe offense is putrid outside of strong inside runs every once in a while and JS. This is a weaker team than last year's team...and we all know how last years team ended the season.

I'll rewatch the game, but a lot of those plays, I had a hard time finding an open player. THen again, it's also on the qb to throw a player open as you said.

Was at the game tonight, for 3 quarters heard all the Texas fans groan for arch. Was satisfying watching Jeremiah drop two passes to cost em dearly. Successful hate watch

I don’t think there’s anybody that doesn’t think that he is a superlative receiver and barring injury will possibly be a Hall of Fame NFL receiver. He has all the tools. He’s no doubt a monster. He reminds me of Megatron (Calvin Johnson). He has all the tools, speed, body size strength, dexterity, and hand strength as well. You name it. He’s got it.There is no doubt he’ll be drafted in one of the top five picks maybe even number one.

But it’s normal for Miami fans to want to knock him down, first because he plays for Ohio State, secondly, because he rebuffed Miami, and finally because of some of his public comments, where he does seem whiny, or at least comes across that way.

And let’s be honest there were some catches tonight he could’ve made that he didn’t. You’re supposed to make those catches when you’re a Heisman contender.

So yeah, **** him - he plays for OSU and unless he gets drafted by my NFL team, he can go **** himself.
