Taggart Fired !

If I’m FSU, I first approach Bob Stoops. Don’t know if he would be interested, but, he has no buyout, and would bring the leadership and credibility that would go a long way to fixing the cultural and organizational issues they have.

Otherwise, you are playing the coaching lottery trying to hire a G5 HC or P5 guy who has never had to do it at that level. It’s a huge gamble and it’s tough to get it right. I hope they ***** it up again.

What coach is gonna wanna coach at a program that only gives their coach 21 games to #dosomething?
One who wants $5M+ per year and is confident. Great coaches aren’t wired like the pvssies on CIS. This “who would want that job after they fired _____ after only ____ years” nonsense is a creature of coach leg humpers like Dawn Ballbag Jr and the sissy fans who have a predilection toward swallowing male strength reproductive fluid.

Well this would be "interesting" ...

10 Names to know as FSU enters head coaching search

ESPN Analyst Mark Richt

Mark Richt (age 59) — If Florida State goes in the direction of an experienced coach that could get things back on track for a couple years before handing it off to someone else, then I think Richt is a good option. Richt is known as being a stable coach that could win ball games, but never was able to win the big one. FSU is at a crossroad and a veteran like Richt could potentially come in and stabilize things. The big question will be, does he want to coach again? It’s been less than a year since he stepped away and retired from Miami ...

I just stuck my ear to the ground and am hearing two names as the early favorites-

A return to past glory with a "true" Nole:

They go toward the youth movement with a fresh faced up and comer:

Don't really care who they hire! They still gotta deal with Miller, GR15, Phillips, Ford, Garvin, Nesta, and Miller for the next few years.
