Patke doesn’t need to be on staff anymore, he brings absolutely nothing to the table, the entire Defensive staff needs to be revamped & at least 1-2 more Ace recruiters should be added.

Talent acquisition has to become a premium, yes scheme matters, but our biggest issue is we simply don’t have enough really good players to transform us into good team, we need more ballers at every level of the Defense.

there has to be multiple hires, since we know that at the very least Rumph and Banda are gone and one coach (T Rob) replaces both of them. Plus Stoud could also retire from active coaching. to me multiple could be at least two and up to four hires if Baker is removed, leaving only Patke.

new hires would be T Rob, a DL coach, a DC and ST coach. if Baker stays, then its at least 3 total.

I said the other day get somebody like t-rob and give them the whole room and keep dvd. I said keep as assistant dB coach but ST Cord will work too. **** he can do both. Get a chance to learn from t.rob because I don’t think he is going to be here long term unless he gets the DC job.
