Straight Facts For All You Suckers

Manny is a first time head coach in his second year going against the top team in the country with a coach who is seen as one of the best who also has a top staff, with two 1st round draft picks on offense, one who will likely be taken #1 overall. What the **** did you cucks think was gonna be the outcome? There's a lot of work to be done and you Jackasses thought Miami was playoff bound. FOH!!

Mullen really ain't **** tbh, he only beats the teams he has more talent than & loses to the teams that have equal or better. And his staff really can't recruit like that, they just have the UF brand name & bags. Outside of their traditional pipeline schools/areas they don't do much.

Mike Leach can't recruit either, he just has an offensive system that puts up crazy numbers but he also has a debilitating habit of losing easy games. At Wazzu, he'd upset USC in the Coliseum at night, then the next week he'd lose by 30 to Oregon State.

Lane Kiffin only succeeds when he has bags, plus he's a huge ******* ******* that ****es off the fans & the administration at every job he works at.

Y'all need to stop talking about Mario too lol, he ain't really doing **** at Oregon, the PAC-12 sucks and he gets all the premier West Coast talent outside of the kids that take SEC/Clemson bags & the couple LA kids that USC holds on to.

Yeah, we don’t want any of those coaches. They all haven’t done what manny Diaz has done. Kiffin has no idea what he’s doing. That’s why he lit up Alabama tonight. Leach is terrible. He didn’t win double digit games at Texas tech and didn’t just beat LSU. None of these coaches are Miami caliber. We are too good for all of them
 
Mullen or Leach. Peach’s team scored 2 points against Kentucky. If Miami scored two points vs Duke you’d want Leach fired on the tarmac. And Mullen will sink while tied to Grantham. Go to UF board and read what they are saying about their coaching staff. Manny may not be it, but “it” certainly isn’t the men OP suggested.

Completely agree. If over the next three seasons we've gotten to the point where we're winning 10 games a year and pushing 11, that's massive progress. Rebuild's don't happen overnight. We've been terrible for years. Only in 2016-2017 did we post 9+ win seasons back to back. Need to start there before we make a jump.

Miami is a bush league operation from the top down. We don't have the time or luxury to keep gambling on the lazy promotions from within to our coordinators. Didn't work with Coker. Didn't work with Shannon. Isn't working with Manny. Several at this university are content collecting their ACC cut and making sure everyone is having fun. Few are serious about winning, and the ones who are seem to have no clue what the f they're doing.

Until someone gets serious about being a winning football program this is what you'll get. And you'll like it.

Excellent post. Nothing much to add. Just the pure unadulterated truth. I don't necessarily agree with the 2 coaches you mentioned but I get the point. What this program needs is to win the games it can win!!!!! If we win 9-10 games this year the recruiting will improve dramatically. Do that 3+ years in a row and then you start to build championship type depth. Tweek and improve the coaching staff while we go.

You don’t need to take over when you surround yourself with competent people. Look at what every great coach surrounds themselves with.

Mandy has his buddies on the D telling him how great he is.

What 2 other teams should we lose too? If you say UNC you are admitted how bad of a coach manny is because our roster, on paper, dunks on theirs.

Baker though has been a terrible hire, and he's got to mix things up. For most coaches, it takes a season or two to find the right mix of assistants. Why do y'all always say that? Because you are convinced HE fired Enos and crew? Who did he fire on his side of the ball? Out of his staff? What changes has he made with HIS system y'all choose to blame baker for? Listen people are really getting carried away right now. This game meant nothing at the end of the day cause if y'all thought any of these acc games beyond this one or notre dame means anything at all than y'all just happily ignorant. This was just another game and a test for where were at as a team and how we need to improve. But you need to realize only in certain areas are we capable of improving beyond drastic change to scheme & support staff. Recruiting principles, evaluation and development. Those are our actual problems that some of our new coaches are certainly capable of correcting. Ill just leave it at offense isn't going to be our problem at the end of the day. That's corrected by simply getting good evaluations on the online. Developing those kids over time,slight changes in the weight room(very slight)and getting units to bond...
