Because they'll jump at any instance to trash this program on multiple platforms- even when they do so erroneously. Someone really needs to start a chronicle of Cohen's, Grandpa Luke's, Feast's, etc. exploits so it can be pointed to as a reference for the more gullible members of our fanbase.

Typical. It also kept a lot of people dry that would have all been soaked last year, and in other stadiums. Except the Orange Bowl of course. It's legend kept us dry.

It's also not completely finished. Cohen neglects to mention that. He was probably too confused sitting wherever he was (which is never at actual games) that Ross paid for it so he couldn't go on a phony rant against tax payer funded facilities.

I didn't see Miami Hurricanes mentioned once up there. Stop looking for media to give u the warm fuzzies about your teams. It's not their job.

I was in the 300s 2nd row on visitor's side and it worked great. I did see some people below us getting soaked though. Moral of the story, for now the cheap seats might be the best seats.

I don't see the problem with this. It's news...and factual. You don't have to like the news, but it doesn't mean people shouldn't report it.

OP is being overly sensitive about this. I have no problem with them reporting this. They're just tweeting what occurred at the new stadium. It's called the ******* news and they're doing their job.

It is an unnecessary dig at the new renovations giving half the story and ignoring the great atmosphere the other 3 hours of the event.

It's the first game with the rain at the new stadium and this was the cause of it. Of course they're going to report it.

I believe that is what OP is saying....of course Billy is going to take his shot.

So people got wet during a tropical downpour at an outdoor stadium? Wow! Stop the presses. Facqits will always find something to cry about.

He fancies himself as a quasi-journalist, but explain to me what the problem is?

When people post stuff like that on social media, its usually to get the attention of someone (in this case dolphins/stadium officials), tell them in the public eye that something is very wrong and force them to fix it quickly. I have no clue what the issue is and you should be thanking him for being proactive.

I got dripped on, but that was a ******* deluge. Calling the overhang a "failure" is dumb, attention-seeking behavior.

So some of you consider Cohen a journalist, media member or essentially a reporter? I guess that's where I differ and take offense. I consider him a self-employed filmmaker that attaches himself like a leech to this program when it benefits him but will go out of his way to trash it when it can get him clicks, invites to talk shows or whenever he just wants to reveal that his ego is still bruised that the school doesn't appreciate him enough. That's why he got moist when he saw a chance to jump on an area (the stadium improvements) that had been allowed a whole game and a half to be celebrated by the general public and national media

As for the "facts" that he's "reporting". The panels in the roof aren't even fully installed so not only is his notion that last night was some sort of "test" flawed it's also totally dishonest. Also, wasn't this whole canopy system mostly being celebrated by the actual fanbase as a vehicle for shade and noise entrapment?

Believe me, I've been no apologist for that stadium or our administration but spare me the critiques of fraudulent fans like Feast and Cohen (and Luke to a different extent) that are all about their own self-interests first.......second, third and fourth.

Lastly, football is a freakin' outdoor sport. Some people need to seriously explore if their HMO will cover testosterone treatments.

We had no problem where we sat, for those who did, it's not yet finished.....whole facility has a fantastic atmosphere. Ton of recruits there last night.
