I would hire this guy in a instant. Dude isn't about flash. Dude is all about football. He develops OLs, RBs, TEs, and defenses. He did all he could with what he had to work with at BC from a recruiting standpoint.

Nothing against this guy but I say the same thing about Davis at FIU. People keep claiming there's NO WAY POSSIBLE in ALL of creation Butch would do better in a better more attractive job with more resources than he has currently.
