State of Emergency-NOAA Link in OP

I admittedly was concerned that the game may be postponed, partially because the track even just yesterday seemed to indicate that northern Miami-Dade and Broward counties looked to be more at risk. Now that the eye has passed Miami, and from the weather reports it looks like Broward is likely to not even get hurricane force winds, it seems hard to believe that we would not play the game on Saturday night, except for either the PR aspect or the resources (police, etc) aspect. Postponing the game for PR reasons would be an absolute joke. Hopefully there won't be any pressure to postpone the game for other reasons.

Just heard Jumbo on College Sports Radio say that they are planning on leaving out tomorrow at 10am unless ACC/Miami cancel.

This storm is looking evil, especially due to the path it is taking. Hope all of you in the path of this beast have gotten out, or have prepared well to ride it out. I know up here in Panama City a Cat 3 is my breaking point, anything over I get out, not worth the risk. Good luck for all you in the path stay safe.

American Airlines will resume ops in South Florida Friday.

Good sign for flights and what not.

I'm telling you, get the word out that you're using it as a food drive, and all the negativity goes away.

Miami is fine right now. This storm is no threat to Miami at all. No reason to cancel game.

The ****ing eye of Matthew is already past Miami. Stop the crying and play ball. FSU fans are on Twitter wanting the game to be cancelled cause they can't travel and this storm is already gone. **** *** *****es.

Haven't you been watching the news? They're discussing how the storm will inexplicably get worse as the eye moves farther away from us.

Homie, John Morales just said Miami-Dade county doesn't even need to put up shutters... What news are you watching?

It looks like by tonight the worst will be gone from Miami-Dade.

And yet FSU cowards want the game to be cancelled...

Hasnt Disney only announced closure from now until Saturday morning? If they're thinking they will be able to open on Saturday morning, what the **** does them closing at all have to do with Miami and FSwho playing a couple hundred miles south on Saturday night? The lack of logic and reasoning in people is absolutely sad and pathetic.

Lmao FSU fans/writers want this game cancelled so bad. This game needs to be played so we give them the *** whooping they're already expecting.
