This is shot done at noon from the webcam. Things will change with the season, but it's close. The cloth will take out the shadows from the scaffolding.
Cloth?? This is not the coliseum in Rome. I suspect it will be stronger material than that.

This. Same thing they used on places like the Georgia Dome. It lets in some light, but still gives plenty of shade. Seems like what it is on the rendition that they have of when it's finished.
