I would love to see Owens at 100% but I think McCloud starts at Sam. As for the people saying McCloud could be the best of the bunch, that opinion is based on the belief that McCloud has a potentially higher ceiling than Quarterman and Pinckney which isn't at all outrageous when you watch film of all 3 in high school. It should also be noted that the same group of people said that Pinckney and Querterman had a higher floor l
